Research MethodWeselect18suspectedrecurrentpatientsofovariancancerwhoweregettingtreatmentintheXinYuPeople’sHospitalAttachedtoNanchangUniversityfromFeb.2013toAug.2014.Andtheirspecificinformationwascollected. ByusingtheGE SignalHDx1.5Thigher-fieldsuperconductingscannercombinedwithCA125,thepelvicandabdominalwiththebodyphased-arraysurfacecoilsisscanned.TheDWI scanningislaidonthefoundationoftheMRIconventionalimaging;diffusion-weightedcoefficient(b)valueswere0,700s/mm2，separately.TheimaginganalysisanddataprocessingAlltheDWIimagingisdiagnosedwiththeblindedreadingmethodbythetwo supremedoctorsinthedepartmentofimage.Theydividedthepatients’pelvicandabdominalintofivepartsasabdominallymphnodes,pelviclymphnodes,pelvicmass,parenchymaorgansandperitonealmetastasis.WithacoordinationtoCA215, thepathologicaloutcomeofthecasesarecomparedwiththeoutcomeofthefollow-up.TheimagingdemonstrationofthepelvicandabdominalisanalyzedaccordingtothefocaldistributionandthevalueoftheCA125.Therearethreegroups.Theexperimentgroupissupposedtoprovidetheclinical testindex ofthe CA125(thereferencestandardof CA125is thatitis positivewhichisindicatedasmalignancyiftheCAl25ismorethan35permilliliter;whileiftheCAl25islessthan35permilliliter,itisnegativewhichisalsoindicatedas benign.).WiththemodelofDWI+CA125,thecomparisongroupisdividedintotwo, oneofwhichappliesDWIscanningexamine,whiletheotherusesthenormalserumCA125toexamine.Thetwosuperiordoctorscoordinatelydiagnoseforthecasesbeforegivinganevaluation.ThediagnosisadoptedtheSPSS19.0softwaretomakeastatisticalprocessing.Thenumbersinthefilesarepresentedaspercentage.Withthechi-squaretest,wefindthatwhenthevalueisunder5%thedisparityhasastatisticalsignificance.Therecurrentovariancancerfromthestate,size,signalchangeofthefocalandCA125areanalyzedamongthefollow-up12casesbeforeandafterthetreatment.Ⅲ.
