AbstractTheassessmentofkindergartencaringandteachingqualityisanimportantmeanof promotingthedevelopmentofpreschooleducation.Asapartoftheassessmentof kindergartencaringandteachingquality,teacherevaluationiscrucialinpromoting teachers’professionaldevelopment.Theassessmentofadministrationsupervisionis universalincurrentsituationofkindergartenassessmentofcaringandteachingqualityand teacherevaluationisusedtogainadministrationprofit.Therefore,it’sanessentialsubject todeepenthereformoftheassessmentofkindergartencaringandteachingqualityandto realizethepurposeofteacherevaluation.Fromtheperspectoftheassessmentofkindergartencaringandteachingquality,the thesisattemptstoestablishanindexsystemofteacherevaluation,whichisdifferentfrom theassessmentofadministrationsupervision.Breakingthephenomenonofmerely commentingwithoutsolvingpracticalproblems,itbeginstoresearchthe problemsby empiricalstudy.
