Conclusion24Major Findings and Suggestions24Limitations of the Research26Bibliography27Acknowledgements30Appendix31摘 要本文在吉尔模式的指导下,从听辨能力,记忆能力以及表达能力三个方面出发, 展开一项提高 MTI 口译初学者交替传译水平的研究报告。全文共包括六大部分:第 一部分简单介绍了口译的发展历程及 MTI 出现的必然性和现状;第二部分为研究的 理论依据——吉尔模式;第三部分主要介绍前人对提高听辨能力,记忆能力和表达能 力的研究成果;第四部分是研究设计,介绍了研究的对象,问题,实验描述等;第五 部分针对上述实验结果进行分析讨论;第六部分为文章的结论。该研究以我校 MTI 部分研一和研二的同学为实验对象,通过调查问卷,交传测 试以及访问,采用晋丹的逻辑层次分析和信息点标注方法进行测评,并在导师的指导 和帮助下,对实验结果进行分析和讨论,得出如下结论:交替传译能力可以通过长时 间的具体训练得以提高;复述训练,综述训练,影子练习,扩大语言以及语言外知识 有助于 MTI 口译初学者提高口译水平。关键词:MTI 口译初学者; 吉尔模式; 听辨能力; 记忆能力; 表达能力AbstractUnder the guidance of Gile‘s model, this research report aims to find a feasible and specific way for MTI new learners of interpreting to improve CI skills from the perspective of listening and analysis, memory and interpreting production. This thesis includes six parts. It begins with the history of interpreting and the emergence of MTI, then the next part mainly introduces the theoretical foundation——Gile‘s model. The research subjects, questions, process and data collections will be described in the fourth part and the fifth part will present results of the research and do some discussions and then the thesis will come to a natural conclusion.Based on questionnaire, interview and the subjects‘ performance in CI test, this research reaches a conclusion that CI skills can be enhanced through long-term training with the help of retelling exercise, information generalization, shadowing exercise and abundant linguistic and extra-linguistic knowledge.Key words: MTI students; Gile‘s model; listening and analysis; memory; productionA Research Report on Consecutive Interpreting Training Guided by Gile’s ModelIntroductionDevelopment of InterpretationInterpretation has a longer history than translation. ―It is known that interpreting, i.e. the oral form of translation is older than its written counterpart.‖(Wolfram Wilss, 2001:17).
