优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 中文摘要 研究一个教师的专业发展，除了教师知识，还有一个非常重要的领域—— 教师信念。教师信念在很大程度上影响着教师的教学计划、课堂决策、教学行 为乃至专业成长。近 20 年来，国内外掀起了研究教师信念的热潮，其中一个重 要领域是关于数学教育信念，业已取得了不少研究成果。但新疆，作为一个多 民族边疆地区，关于中学数学教师信念的研究并不多见。 新课程改革已经进入深水区。不少研究者认为，推进课改的一个重要方面 便是更新教师观念，利用现代教育的研究成果（如建构主义）来引领我们的教 学实践与教师发展，重构传统数学教育观念。 本文首先通过对参加国培的 30 名农村中学数学教师与 2010 级的 12 名在职 教育硕士进行调查分析，具体从他们的数学信念、数学教学信念以及数学学习 信念三个维度收集信息。问卷包括结构性试题与开放式问答题两部分。将获得 的数据信息进行统计分析和归类分析。本文着重分析探讨这些培训学员与教育 硕士的信念现状特征，并对这两类教师的信念进行比较分析研究。同时，本研 究试图揭示出影响数学教师信念的一些重要主客观因素。 进一步，本文还尝试从微观视角进行课堂活动精细分析，主要有：课堂中 某数学教师本土概念研究与其关注的核心要素分析。研究方法手段有课堂观察 与录音、视频研究。 得出的初步研究成果有： 1．问卷调查表明新疆地区中学数学教师的数学信念、数学教学信念以及数 学学习信念均倾向于进步取向，但教师们依然不同程度地秉持传统数学教育信 念成分。 2．教师的数学信念中或许含有相互矛盾但共存的成分。 3．国培学员与教育硕士的数学信念、数学教学信念以及数学学习信念均没 有显著性差异。 4．基于课堂观察的微观研究，发现研究对象秉持绝对主义或者工具主义的 数学信念，而数学教学信念以及数学学习信念具有进步倾向；传统信念与建构 主义信念并存，前者占有优势。 5．数学教师信念并不能完全反映在教学行为中，导致教师信念与教学行为 产生不一致性的外部因素较多，其中当前评价模式、传统教育与传统文化以及 社会期望影响较大。 本文还试图从传统文化与传统教育视角解析数学教师信念现状特征的深层 II II 原因。 根据以上研究成果，文章为中学数学教师自我反思、信念发展以至专业成 长提出建议。 关键词：建构主义；数学教师信念；国培学员；教育硕士；本土概念 PAGE PAGE 3 Abstract In order to study a tercher’professional development ,terchers’knowledge needed to be studied,as well as an important field,terchers’belief.Terchers’belief largely influence ther teaching plans,making in the classroom,teaching behaviour and professional growth.During the 20 years,researchers have taken more and more attention in the field of terchers’belief,mathmatics education belief involved,in which great research results have been gained.However,in the areas of Xinjiang,where many different national people live,the researchs on middle school terchers’belief aren’t seen much. Now is the key time of the reform of new curriculum.Many researchers belive that terchers’senses are needed to renew in order to advance the movement of new curriculum.That is to say that the research results on modern education are used ,for example,constructivism,to lead to teathing practice and teachers’ professional development,and to refactor tradional mathmatics education senses.
