Effectofthe Jiangxinxia particles on MMP -9、TIMP-1intheairwayremodelingofRatswithAsthmaticAbstractPurposes:TostudytraditionalChinesemedicineJiangXinXiaparticlesonovalbumi n(OVA)sensi ti zedasthmati cratmodel of l ungti ssueof MMP-9andTIMP-1levelsandtheeffectsof changesinrat behavior. Toexplorethedrugfor thetreatment of asthma, inhibit airwayreconstructionmechanism.Methods: SDratsarerandomlydividedintofour groups: normal control group(A),asthmamodel group(B), dexamethasonegroup(C), theChi nesemedi cneJiangXinXiaparticlegroup(D).InadditiontoAgroup,theother groupsare used OVA intraperitoneal, subcutaneous and in line with OVA aerosolinhalationrat asthmamodel. After successful modeling, AgroupandBgroupisgivendistilledwater, Cgroupgivendexamethasonediluent gavage, DgroupfedwiththeliquidofJiangXinXiaparticles,for14days.Atthesametime,observingthewholeexperimentinthegeneralconditionof animalsineachgroup.Tocollectspecimensinthefirst29daysexperimental specimens, usingHEstainingandimmunohistochemicalstainingproducepathology,usingimageanalysisineachgroupmeasuredbyratlungtissueMMP-9andTIMP-1expressionin the average optical density (MOD), and statistical analysis.Results:MMP-9andTIMP-1inlungtissueexpressionoftheimmuneorganizationresultsshowthat:Bycomparingtheasthmamodelgroup(B)withnormal controlgroup (A), there are significant differences between them -- P 0.01,promptingmodelingsuccess.Comparisonofdexamethasonetreatmentgroup(C),andJiangXinXiatreatment group(D) withBgroup -- P0.05; BycomparingtheCgroupwithDgroup,therewasnodifferencebetweenthem-- P0.05.Traditional ChinesemedicineJiangXinXiaparticlesshowstheefficacyandlittle difference in the efficacy of dexamethasone. It can be effectivetreatment forairwayremodeling.Conclusions:Traditional ChinesemedicineJiangXinXiaparticlescanimprovethementalstate of asthmatic rats, diet, fur color and their weight.TheChinesemedicneJiangXinXiaparticlescanregulateMMP-9andTIMP-1expressiontoprevent theoccurrenceof airwayreconstructio
