ExperimentResearchtoTreatConstipation(Pixu)byJiaweiHuangqitangPrescriptionCaiYanxia(SurgeryMedicineofTraditionalChineseMedicine)DirectedbyProfessorXiZuowuAbstractObjective：Thetopicwasusingmodernmedicaltheorytoexploretheactionmechanismbyanimalexperiment,implyobjectivetheoryfornourishingspleen-qicancurespleendeficientconstipation.Methods：JiaWeiHuangQITangonintestinalmotorfunctioninmice，pushingtheCarbonInkinsmallintestineformodelmice,thewatercontentinintestinaltractforconstipationmouseobservedtreatmentgroup（JiaWeiHuangQITang）andthepositivegroup（Stomachpill）treatmentPivirtualtypebetweenconstipationResults：Alldosagegroupscanpromotethemotorfunctionofintestinaltractfornormalandmodelmouse,thehighdosegroupisthebest,itisthebetterthanthemiddledosegroupandthelowdosegroup(P0.01),butthesignificantdifferenceisnoofmasculinegroup(P0.05);AllofthemedicinalgroupscanimprovethemoverateoftheCarbonInkformodelmice,thehighdosegroupisthebesttoo，thenthemiddledosegroupandthelowdosegroup(P0.01)；thereareprominentdifferencesbetweenthehighdosegroupandthemasculinegroup(P0.05)onpushingtheCarbonInkinsmallintestine，JiaweiHuangqitangprescriptioncouldincreasethewatercontentinintestinaltractforconstipationmouse,andthehighdosegroupisbetterthanthemiddledosegroup，andthelowdosegroupandthemasculinegroup(P0.05).Conclusion：JiaWeiHuangQITanghassignificantcurativeeffectintreatingthe（constipationmicespleendeficient）micewithspleeninsufficientconstipation，ThetheoreticalandexperimentstudyshowthatJiaweiHuangqitangprescriptioncanpromotemotorfunctioninmiceintestineandimprovedefecate，andthehighdosegroupissuperiortothelowone，inthemeantime，weobservedthatthepossibledefecatedmechanismisJiaweiHuangqitangcouldincreasethewatercontentinintestinaltract,softfecesandreflexophilstimulatetheintestinaltractKeywords：JiaweiHuangqitangprescription;constipation;ExhaustionofPixu;Experimentresearch前言便秘(constipation)不但是一种疾病，还是一种临床上最常见的慢性消化道症状，是因为粪便在大肠内停留时间过长，其所含水分被大量吸收，使大便变得难以排出。临床主要表现为排便次数减少，排便困难或伴有排便不尽感，腹胀，腹痛等。近年来，随着社会的发展、竞争的激烈、生存压力的增加，便秘的发
