TheEffect of Ji eqi utangonEOSi nmarrowandIL-6i nserumofAllergic rhinitis ratesAbstractObjective:TheobjectiveoftheexperimentistoobservecurativeeffectofJie qiutang onrats withallergicrhinitis(AR)bymodernmedicineandscientificmethods,andtodiscussitstreatingmechanismfromtheeffectofJieqiutangonEOSinmarrowandIL-6inserumofallergicrhinitisrates,toseeksci entifi cevi denceof treatingandpreventingthedisease.Method:EstablishallergicrhinitismodelsofSDratsbyinjectingvaccine(OVA﹢Alumina﹢polyvalent vaccine). Forty-eight healthy SD ratswere randoml ydividedi ntofourgroups:thenormal group,the ARmodel group,thewesternmedicinegroup,thetraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM)group.Wewillobservingandrecordingthenasalsymptomssuchasscratchingnoses,sneezingandflowingmucusduringtheexperiment. After killingtherats, observethepathological changes of the nasal mucosa of them in each group, and testthe expression of EOS in marrow and IL-6 in serum of rats with allergicrhinitis.Results: 1.Observationof nasal symptomsontheratsbeforeandaftertreatmentandmarksshowthat: beforetreatment, thenasal symptomsmarksof theARmodel group, thewesternmedicinegroupandtheTCMgroupsurpasstoobviouslythenormalgroupandhavesignificantdifferences（P＜0.01）.ItshowthatallergicrhinitismodelsofSDratsaresuccessful.aftertreatment,boththewesternmedicinegroupandtheTCMgroupwerelower thantheARmodel group（P＜0.01）, but theysurpasstothenormal group（P﹤0.05）.Itprovethat boththewesternmedicinegroupandtheTCMgroupcanimprovethenasal symptomsof theARrats, but theycannot cureit. theyarealmostequal betweenthewesternmedicinegroupandtheTCMgroup（P＞0.05）.2.ThecountofEOSinmarrow:EOSinmarrowoftheARmodelgroupsurpassobviouslytotheTCMgroup （P＜0.01）.It provethat bothJieqiutang canreduceeffecti velyEOSinmarrowoftheARrats.Thewesternmedi cinegrouphavenosignificant differencefromtheTCMgroupabout reducing EOS（P＞0.05）.3.Thelevel of IL-6inserum: theTCMgrouparelower thantheARmodelgroupaboutThelevel of IL-6inserum.
