AbstractSincethereformandopeningupquickenedindustrializationandurbanization,the problemofpeasantworkerhasbecomeoneoftheimportanttopicsintheneweraof socialdevelopmentwith theincreasingnumberof peasantworkers.Althoughpeasant workersplayimportantrolesincity,theystillstayatthebottomofsociety.Mostoftheir jobsbelongtothelaborindustrywhicharesimplebuthard,suchastheconstruction industry,manufacturingindustry,cateringindustryandsoon.Inthecompetitivelabor market,peasantworkersareinaweakpositionandtheirownlimitedpersonalabilityis hindering themmove upward.Thisarticlecertainthesignificanceofvocationaltrainingforpeasantworkersfrom theperspectiveofeducationwelfareatfirst.Then,thewriteranalyzethecurrentsituation, problemsandintentionofofferingfreeoccupationtrainingsforpeasantworkersby government,enterprisesandNGO.Thefourthchapterrepresentstheintentionandtheinfluencefactorsofparticipatinginvocationaltraining.Bytheinvestigation，weknowmoreaboutthesituationandproblemsofdemandandsupplyinvocationaltrainingfor peasantworkers:trainingprovidedbygovernmentstayingattheperiodbeforeworking, freetrainingprovidedbyenterprisesadaptedtothejob,NGO’sfunctionisnotfully representedandpeasantworkers’lowwillingnesstoparticipate.Basedontheproblemsofprocessofvocationaltrainingforpeasantworkersaswell ascombiningthegovernmentguidance,enterpriseandNGO’ssupplydesirewithpeasant workers’ intentiontoparticipateintraining,theauthorpointsoutthatifwewanttodoa good job in vocational training and build the education welfare systemfor peasant workers, weshouldbechangepeasantworkers’ potentialdemandintoactualdemand,outstanding government-enterprise cooperation and inspiringNGOandthesupplyofenterprise.Key words: education welfare, peasant worker, vocational training, supply, demand目录摘要...............................................................................................................
