参考文献 ............................................ 53攻读硕士学位期间发表论著 ............................ 57 后记 .............................................. 58中文摘要随着科学技术的飞速发展和知识经济社会的逐步推进,教育事业 越来越受到前所未有的关注。与此同时,随着人们对于教育质量和师 资水平的要求的提升,教师的专业化发展,成为摆在每一位教育工作 者面前的一条必由之路。师范生教育逐渐从幕后走向台前,人们开始 重新评估传统师范生培养模式的存在价值和自身不足。在教师专业化成为整个世界教育改革与发展领域的一朵奇葩的 当前境遇下,对这一趋势进行客观冷静的考察分析,并通过梳理其在 世界各地教师教育领域兴起的原因、发展的历程和发挥的作用,能够 使我们加深对于教师专业化发展的认识和理解,同时也为我国师范生 教育改革提供了学术背景和环境氛围。随着高等教育大众化进程的不断加快与高等教育就业市场的逐 步放宽,传统的师范生教育模式培养下的毕业生面临着巨大的就业压 力和挑战,师范教育仿佛进入了一个“死胡同”。教师专业化发展的 要求,是一种挑战,更是一种机遇。它在给我们提出要反思传统师范 生教育模式存在的弊端的同时更是为广大师范毕业生提供了提升自 身专业知识与科学文化素养、增强职业能力、实现全面发展以满足未 来工作挑战的机遇。本文从界定教师专业化的相关内涵出发,通过对教师专业化发展 的历程进行梳理,借由指出现行师范生教育模式存在的缺陷和不足, 然后提出推进我国师范生教育改革的对策与建议,这些建议重点围绕 着我国师范生教育未来的发展取向和广大师范生自身素质和能力的 提升。可以预见,本文研究在一定程度上可以推进未来师范生教育的 改革,为其更好的适应教师专业化发展的要求提供一种新的思路。关键词:教师专业化;师范生教育;培养模式;课程设置 分类号:G451.4IAbstractAlong with the rapid development of science and technology and knowledge economic society gradually promoting education career, more and more unprecedented attention.
