生精种玉汤治疗肾虚型少、弱精症的安全性和有效性探究 尹艳茹 韩延华 朱小琳 甄会欣 韩延博 （黑龙江中医药大学，哈尔滨150040) 【摘要】 目的 观察生精种玉汤治疗肾虚型少、弱精症的临床安全性和有效性。方法 按纳入标准及排除标准选择肾虚少精症、弱精症和少精弱精症患者各36例，分别给予生精种玉汤治疗，连续观察2个疗程。本研究采用自身前后对照进行试验研究。结果 108例患者入选后未能坚持治疗者9例，最后99例患者完成各阶段的治疗及评价。总有效率为87.88%。三组有效率分别为87.87% 、94.26%和80.65%。三组治疗前后精子密度、a级精子(%)、(a十b)级精子(%)及中医症状积分比比较，差异有统计意义(P0.01)。三组患者服药期间均未见明显不良反应。结论 生精种玉汤对男子肾虚型少、弱精症是安全、有效的。 【关键词】 生精种玉汤 肾虚型 少精症 弱精症 少精弱精症 男子不育 Study on the effect and the safety of Shengjing Zhongyu soup in the treatment of renal deficiency type less refinedweak sperm disease YIN Yan-ru HAN Yan-hua ZHU Xiao-lin ZHEN Hui-xin HAN Yan-bo (Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine, Harbin 150040) 【abstract】 objective to observe clinical safety and effectiveness Of the Shengjing Zhongyu soup in the treatment of renal deficiency type less refined weak sperm disease. The total effective rate was 87.88%. Three groups of effective rate was 87.87%, 94.26% and 80.65%. Three groups before and after treatment sperm density, a grade sperm (%), (a 10 b) level sperm (%) and TCM symptoms integral ratio comparison, differences have statistical significance (P 0.01). Three groups of patients during drug there were no obvious adverse reaction.
