基于BIM的喜瑞都4号楼 进度管理研究 院 系：城市建设学院 专 业 班：工程管理1302班 姓 名：杜思奇 学 号：20133104076 指导教师：李菁 2017年 5月  基于BIM的喜瑞都4号楼 进度管理研究 Based on BIM Cerritos 4#Floor Schedule Management Research PAGE \* MERGEFORMATVII 摘 要 该施工组织设计是利用BIM技术针对喜瑞都4#楼工程项目，对其进度、质量、成本进行控制，对其施工过程进行模拟。BIM技术通过三维平台来完成建设项目设计、施工、运维一体化。有效解决了建设工程领域现阶段存在的协调性差，整体性差等问题，为建设项目工程的施工做出全局性的战略部署，在项目施工前期起到了至关重要的作用。该施工组织设计在初期利用BIM技术建立起三维信息模型，利用模型来统计工程量，将项目信息进行整合，对项目进行科学的把控和管理，同时也可以预先做施工组织模拟，提前发现施工过程中可能出现的问题，及时改正，提高工作效率。为项目前期的施工准备工作和材料需求量计划提供有效依据；为组织科学有效的施工方案提供有力依据；在施工完毕，信息技术模型由于整合了项目所有的建筑信息，故可以用来进行后期的运维和管理，同时也方便建设施工项目中的五方人员之间进行的沟通和交底工作，让行业外人员也能清晰明白施工的全过程，有利于跟业主的交底工作的顺利展开。 关键词： BIM技术 施工组织设计 总进度计划 施工方案 Abstract The construction organization design makes full use of BIM technology against Cerritos 4 # building project.
