AssociationofinterationamongGRgene,β2-ARgeneandoccupationalstresswithEssentialHypertensionAbstract[Objective]ToinvestigatethetherelationshipbetweenpolymorphismsofGRgeneintheHPAaxisandoccupationalstresswithEHamongthetrafficofficers.TostudytheassociationofthepolymorphismsofGR,β2-ARandtheirgene-geneinteractionwithEHamongthetrafficofficerssoastoelucidatetheriskyfactorsandmechanismofEHfromthegeneticpointofview.ToresearchtheassociationofthepolymorphismsofGR,β2-ARgeneintheHPAaxisandoccupationalstresswithEH,toclarifytheassociationofthegeneticandoccupationalstresswithEHandthepathogenesisofEHinthehighoccupationalstress.[Methods]Collected730trafficofficersincluingtrainmarshals,drivers,attendantsbyClustersamplingfromarailwaybranchmenwhoSenioritymorethan3years.Atotalof196patientsand196controlswhichwerechosenintermswithage,job-matchingamongtrafficofficers.TheOSI-R,SDS,TypeABehaviorscaleswereadoptedtoevaluatetheoccupationalstress,depressivesymptom,typeAbehaviorandotherriskyfactorssuchasbloodfat,bloodglucoseofeachobject,AnalysistherelationshipbetweenthesefactorsandEH.Desingingmolecularepidemiologystudy,ThegenomicDNAwasextractedfromthesampleblood,afterwards,thepolymorphismsofGR,β2-ARweretestedbyPCR-RFLP.HaplotypefrequenciesandeffectswerecomputedbyHaplo.stats,Analyzetheroleofgene,gene-geneinteraction,gene-stressinteractiononEHbyGMDRsoftwareandmultiplefactorlogisticregressionmodel,calculatetheoddsratiosand95%confidenceintervals.[Results]Theoddsratios(OR)and95%confidenceintervals(95%CI)ofGRBcl?G/GandG/Cwere2.270(95%CI:1.048~4.919))and1.599(95%CI:1.045~2.448).thepolymorphismsofGRBcl?genemayincreasetheriskofEHandthepolymorphismsofGRG678Sgenemaynot.HaplotypefrequenciesanalysisrevealedthatnotincreasedriskofEHwithHap3-GC,ORwas1.9785(95%CI:0.9326~3.2532).Theaveragescoresofoccupationalstress,stressreaction,A-typebehaviorincasegroupwerehigherincasethantheyincontrolgroup.Therewerestatisticallysignificant(P0.05),TheORofthemwere1.914,1.659,1.809.Comparetheaveragescoresofoccupationalstressamonggro
