AbstractInrecentyears,withthedeepeningofreformandopeningup,therapideconomicgrowth,therealestateindustryinthenationaleconomy,thestatusofascensionrapidlydevelopmentofnationaleconomygraduallybecomethedrivingforceofthenationaleconomy,therealestatemarketisabarometerofboomornot.Withtheriseofthecentralregionseconomic,realestatehasbecomeoneofpillarindustriesofH-city.Therefore,theresearchandanalysisofH-cityregionalrealestateenterpriseinternalandexternalenvironmentanddevelopmenttrendsenactandperfectmodernenterprisestrategicmanagementmodeofrealestateindustryofthisareaofsustainabledevelopmentandharmoniousdevelopmentoftheeconomyandsocietyareofgreatsignificance.Therefore,basedontheanalysisofenterprisestrategymanagementathomeandabroadaftertheresearchanddevelopmentprocess,thesuccessofdevelopedcountryforreferenceofenterprisestrategicmanagementconceptwithChinasmacroeconomicenvironmentandtheactualsituationofthisregion,usingtheoptimalcombinationofstrategicmanagementideastothedevelopmentoftherealestateenterprisesinH-cityofstrategicmanagementoftheanalysis,thispaperappliednormativeanalysisandempiricalanalysismethod,thispaperfirstlyanalyzesthedevelopmentofrealestatemarketconditionsandtheexistingproblemsandreasonsoftherealestate,H-citycityagaininternalandexternalmacroenvironmentmicroenvironmentalfactorswereanalyzed,therealestateindustryofH-cityindustrialstructureanalysisandpotterfivecompetitiveforcesmodelforenterprise,andtheevaluationofSWOTmatrixandbigstrategicmatrixanalysis,determineitsstrategicportfoliochoice,thelastintheaboveanalysisisproposed,basedontherealestateindustryandenterpriseofHstrategicgoalsandstrategicplanningproposal.Keywords:Frealestateenterprise;developmentstrategic;industrialcompetitiveness目录摘要...............................................................................................................................IABSTRACT..................................................................................................................II第1章绪论...........................
