ABSTRACTObjective:Toexploreeffectofbrain-derivedneurotrophicfactor（BDNF）insynchronizationoffolliculardevelopment,throughcomparativeanalysisofBDNFinfolliculefluidandclinicalcharacteristicswithdifferentlevelofLHafterpituitarydown-regulationandduringcontrolovarianhyper-stimulation.Methods:AstudywhichincludedCOH/IVF-ETcasesatreproductivemedicalcenterofNanchangUniversityFirstHospitalfromJunetoDecember2013wasperformed.Follicularfluidwereobtainedfrom60infertilewomenaged25-35yearswhoundergoingovulationinductionforfertilization-embryotransfer（IVF-ET）formaleortubalfactors.TheyaretreatedinCOHwithGnRH-alongprotocolanddividedintothreegroupsonthebasisofthelevelsofLHafterpituitarydown-regulation,comparedthesynchronizationoffolliculardevelopmentwiththethreegroups.Andthen,accordingtoit,dividedthemintothefolliclesdevelopnon-synchronouslygroup（n=30）andthefolliclesdevelopsynchronouslygroup（n=30）.Inthemorningofthedayofoocyteretrieval,oocytesweremeasureddailymaximumfollicularfluidBDNFlevelsbyenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(enzymelinkedimmunosorbentassay,ELISA).Responsetogonadotropins,theoocyteretrieva,thecleavagerate,thehighqualifiedembryorateweremeasuredandanalyzedbetweenthetwogroups.StatisticalanalysisofalldataswasperformedwithSPSS13.0.Results:1.Thesynchronizationoffolliculardevelopmentinthegroup,whoselevelsofLHafterpituitarydown-regulationbetween0.5~1.5mIU/ml,isbetterthanothertwogroups.2.TheexperimentalgrouponthedayofoocyteretrievalfollicularfluidBDNFlevelsthanthecontrolgroup.3.Theexperimentalgroup，patientshadlowerrateofoocyteretrievedcomparedwithcontrols,buthadnosignificantdifferencebetweenthecleavagerateandthehighqualifiedembryorate.4.Betweenthetwogroups,therewasnosignificantdifferenceofthefirstgonadotropindosage,thetotalgonadotropindosageofFSH,buthadsignificantdifferenceonthetotalgonadotropindosageofLH.Conclusion:1.Conventionallongprogramoftriptorelinpituitarydown-regulationafterthestartdateGnLHlevelswhen0.5~1.5mIU/mlforbettersynchronizationoffolliculardevelopment.2.Follicularfluid
