AbstractDomainstructureanddomainmovingundertheexternalfieldarecloselyrelatedtopropertiessuchaspiezoelectric,ferroelectricpropertiesofferroelectricthinfilms.Sothestudyofinfluenceofdomainswitchingonthepropertiesofferroelectricthinfilmhasagreatsignificancetounderstandmechanismofpropertiesandtoregulatethepropertiesofferroelectricthinfilms.Severalrecentworkshavedrawnattentiontoso-calledchargeddomainwalls,andtheresultsshowthatthechargeddomainwallshavegreatinfluenceonthepiezoelectricproperties.Therefore,itisveryimportanttodevelopamodeltoanalyzemovingofchargeddomainwallsundertheexternalfieldandwhicheffectingonthepropertiesofferroelectricthinfilms.Inaddition,theinterfacehasagreatinfluenceonthepropertiesofferroelectricthinfilms.Soitisnecessarytodevelopamodeltoanalyzetheinfluenceofinterfaceonthedomainandpropertiesofferroelectricthinfilms.Inthispaperwedevelopaphasefieldmodelfortheferroelectricthinfilmswithchargeddomainwalls,andinvestigatetheeffectsoftheappliedelectricfield,themisfitstrainandthechargedensityinthechargeddomainwallsontheferroelectricpropertiesofthefilmfilms.Meanwhile,theinfluenceofinterfaceonthedomainstructuresandpropertiesofferroelectricthinfilmshasbeenstudy.Themaincontentsandconclusionsofthispaperaresummarizedasfollows:Aphasefieldmodeloftheferroelectricthinfilmswithchargeddomainwallsisdevelopedandtheswitchingofchargeddomainwallsinappliedelectricfieldhasbeeninvestigated.Theresultssuggestthatthemodelofchargeddomainwallsswitchingisrelatedtothedirectionoftheappliedelectricfield.Whenthereisthepositivex-axisdirectionappliedelectricfield,chargeddomainwallsswitchfromhead-to-head(HH)andtail-to-tail(TT)domainwallstohead-to-taildomainwallsfirstly,thenswitchtohead-to-head(HH)andtail-to-tail(TT)domainwalls,andswitchtosingle-domainfinally,differentformtheprocessofchargeddomainwallswitchingwhenthedirectionofappliedelectricfieldisthenegativex-axisdirection,whichisthathead-to-head(HH)andtail-to-tail(TT)domainwallsswitchtosingle-domaindirect.Theferroelectricpropertiesofthethinfil
