学生模拟授课教学方法探讨与研究 　　【摘要】中等职业教育改革正在大力推行工学结合的教学模式，在职业技能培养方面已经有很多成功的经验，但对于理论性较强的文化课教学，如何渗透工学结合的理念，加强学生的实践技能培养方面，还需要大量的探索和尝试。如何加强学生对数学灵活应用能力的培养是把数学同医学相结合的关键，也就是为培养中等卫生专业实用型人才这个大目标而服务。本人在数学课教学实践中，围绕教学目标而进行了教学改革，遵照现代中等职业学校，培养实用型人才的宗旨，培养学生的灵活应用的能力。在教学实践中探索尝试让学生模拟讲课教学法，其目的就是要培养学生成为实用型人才所需的基本能力。该方法使学生增强了学习兴趣。培养了应用知识解决问题的能力，稳固了学生的医学数学基础。现将具体的实施方法和步骤拿出来与同仁交流，不当之处请指正。 　　【关键词】模拟授课 教学方法 　　 　　Simulation teaching students to explore teaching methods and research 　　He Zhongshan 　　【Abstract】The secondary vocational education reform is promoting the combination of work and study modes of teaching, training in vocational skills has been a lot of successful experience, but for a stronger culture of theoretical teaching, how to infiltrate the idea of combining work and study to enhance students practical skills training aspects, but also requires a large amount of exploration and try to.
