On the other hand, it introduced the related modern project management knowledge and method tool exhaustively. The research topic produced by combining the lean with the project management. The practice result proved that it is successful and effective in our daily work. The article proposed the necessity of this topic development research by using the lean tool to analyze the existed question. From the beginning of the project initialization until to the final project conclusion and summary, it introduced the project management team, the organizational structure, the project goal, the project work breakdown and so on. Further more, it has carried on the summary and forecast to the project managements prospect.In brief, we obtained the precious theory and experience through the project management of lean improvement in the central air conditioning laboratorys success practice.
