摘要城市历史文化街区作为文化遗产的一个重要组成部分，在城市中以一种特殊的城 市空间被展现着，城市历史文化街区的保护，更新，改造，是历史文化遗产保护与利 用的重要内容之一，在城市建设中扮演着不可分割的重要角色。近年来城市历史文化 街区保护与开发问题越来越受到各级政府以及社会的重视与关注。首先，论文从消费主义入手，从空间生产理论的视角指出城市历史街区消费空间 是在政府主导下通过市场机制调控商业资本与文化资本来运作的，其空间生产逻辑是 基于把城市历史街区作为“城市文化资本的广告牌”、“城市形象构建的基准石”、“城 市商业空间的媒介物”三方面。其次，论文基于避免内部消费空间被吞噬，防止外部消费空间过度入侵的城市历 史街区消费空间塑造原则，提出了“功能捏合策略”、“空间融合策略”、“文化糅合策 略”、“社会缝合策略”、“利益结合策略”、“多维联动策略”六大城市历史文化街区消 费空间塑造策略。最后，论文选取苏州山塘历史文化街区为例，在现场调研及广泛收集相关资料的 基础上，分析了山塘历史文化街区消费空间运作方式以及消费空间的生产逻辑，然后 依据前文的六大策略针对“织补实体，置换功能”、“空间同构，文化共生”两方面提 出了山塘历史文化街区消费空间塑造策略。关键词：历史街区，保护，消费空间，塑造，空间生产AbstractThe history of the city of cultural heritage and cultural blocks, as an important part of the city with a special kind of urban space is showing the, the city history and culture street protection, update, and reform, is the historical and cultural heritage protection and use of one of the most important part in the construction of the cities play an integral part of the important role.
