ABSTRACTUltrasonictestingofnon-destructivetestinghasalotofengineeringapplication,hasbecomeoneofthemainwaytoachievenon-destructivetestingtechniques.Inpracticalengineeringapplications,thedefectsofshape,size,natureandotherfactorswillaffectthedefectechoofthetestblock,whileonlyinthetimedomaintoprovideamplitudeandfrequencyinformation,basedsolelyonsuchasmallamountofinformationisdifficulttodefectsqualitativeanalysis.ImpliedintheEchofeaturesinthespectrumtogetagoodextraction,toultrasonicflawsignalspectralanalysis,determinethedefectivenatureofaids.ThecontentofthispaperisbasedontheresearchprojectofportabledigitalultrasonicflawdetectoronthebasisoftheadvantagesoftheLabWindows/CVIdevelopmentplatform,combinedwithknowledgeofvirtualinstrumentsandultrasonicnondestructivetesting,researchinLabWindows/CVIsignalspectrumanalysisinultrasonicflawapplicationtocompletethespectralanalysissystemforultrasonicflawsignaldataacquisition,signalprocessing,andtestresultstodealwiththedesignofthreemodules.Thesystemfeaturesincludeauserinterfacedisplay,signalacquisition,de-noising,thedefectsignalspectrumanalysis,anddatastorage.Andtheultrasonicsignalspectrumanalysistheoryandmethodsofenforcingonthebasisofinformationextractionstudyoftherelationshipbetweentheultrasonicechosignalandthedefectsanddefectcharacteristics,combinedwiththefrequencyspectrumofthedefectsignal,summedupthetestblockdefectsandtheirechocorrespondingrelationshipbetweenthesignalspectrumtocompletetheholeandcrackasingledefectsuchasqualitative.ThisdesigntakesfulladvantageoftheLabWindows/CVIsoftware,dataacquisition,dataprocessingandresultsdisplayawealthoflibraryfunctions,theadvantagesofthevirtualinstrumenttechnologyinthefieldofultrasonictesting,objectivityandreliabilityofqualitativedefectshaveacertainreferencevalue.Keywords:Ultrasonictesting;Virtualinstruments;LabWindows/CVI;Defectrecognition;Featureextraction目录摘要..........................................................................................................................................
