三氧灌注治疗痛风性关节炎疗效和护理 　　【摘要】 目的 观察三氧治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效和护理特点。方法 选择2008年2月～2011年2月笔者所在科64例痛风性关节炎患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组32例，其中对照组为非甾体抗炎药物+抑制尿酸生成药和促进尿酸排出药，配合饮食治疗；观察组应用药物治疗的基础上运用三氧治疗仪，使用笔者所在科室特制的密闭装置于患处灌入浓度为40 μg/ml的三氧，以充盈密闭装置为标准，保留30 min，随后抽空，再次灌入三氧保留30 min，最后抽空。观察两组患者治疗后第1天、3天、1周的VAS评分、膝关节功能综合评分和护理特点。结果 观察组患者VAS评分在治疗后第3天、1周评分明显降低，膝关节功能明显提高，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P 　　【关键词】 三氧； 灌注； 护理； 痛风性关节炎 　　Healing efficacy and nursing of gouty arthritis treated with O3 perfusion FANG Mei-zhi,LU Zhen-he,CHEN Jin-sheng,et al. The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College, The Pain Society First Clinical Center,Guangzhou 510260,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and nursing characteristics of gouty arthritis treated with O3.Methods 64 cases of gouty arthritis diagnosed were arranged in random order into control group and observation group during Feb.2008～Feb.2011 and there were 32 cases in each group.Control group was treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,and some drugs of inhabiting uricopoiesis and enhancing the excretion of the uric acid,cooperating with diet therapy.Observation group was used O3 therapeutic apparatus on the base of drugs therapy and was perfused with O3 at a concentration of 40 μg/ml for 30 min on the affected part by the obturator made in our department.Subsequently O3 was pumped out and was perfused 30 min again.The nursing characteristics,the score of visual analog scale （VAS） and knee joint function of the two groups were observed on day 1,day 3 and week 1 after treatment.Results The VAS score of observation group decreased significantly on day 3 and week 1 after treatment.And the knee joint function was improved greatly.Differences between groups was statistically significant （P3 perfusion treats with gouty arthritis can eliminate swelling and pain of joint and improve activity function of joint.Clinical efficacy is satisfactory;its procedure is handy, economic-efficiency,not painful and has no distinct side effects,therefo
