厄贝沙坦在改善老年高血压患者心肾功能中临床应用价值 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨厄贝沙坦对老年高血压患者心肾功能的改善作用。方法：对收治的老年高血压患者采用厄贝沙坦（75 mg/d）治疗10～12个月，并探讨其在改善患者心肾功能中的作用。结果：56例老年高血压患者经过厄贝沙坦治疗后，其收缩压（126.7±7.9）和舒张压（81.2±6.5）mm Hg，均较治疗前明显降低（t=6.78，P=0.032）；左室重量（191.2±40.1）g较治疗前明显减少（t=7.24、6.91；P=0.029、0.025），左室重量指数（112.3±21.3）g/m2较治疗前明显减小（t=6.91，P=0.029）；肾动脉管壁厚度明显变薄，肾动脉内径明显增大（t=6.35、7.76；P=0.021，0.019）；血β2-MG（2.5±0.6），尿β2-MG（0.15±0.02）水平均较治疗前明显降低（t=6.23、7.49；P=0.022，0.017）。结论：对于老年高血压病患者来说，厄贝沙坦既能降压，又能减轻或逆转心肾等器官损伤，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 厄贝沙坦；老年高血压；心肾功能 　　[中图分类号] R544.1 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1673-7210（2011）04（b）-071-02 　　 　　Clinical application of Irbesartan in improving heart and kidney function in elderly hypertensive patients 　　LEI Hua, HUANG Jianpeng, PANG Fangyu 　　Tangxia Hospital of Dongguan City, Dongguan 523721, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effects of Irbesartan in elderly hypertensive patients with heart and kidney function improvement. Methods: In this paper, the elderly patients with hypertension were treated with Irbesartan (75 mg/d) for 10-12 months, and to explore its function in improving the role of heart and kidney patients. Results: 56 cases with elderly hypertensive were treated with Irbesartan, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those before treatment （t=6.78, P=0.032）. LVM and LVMI were significantly reduced than those before treatment (t=7.24, 6.91; P=0.029, 0.025). The renal artery wall was significantly thinner, and renal artery diameter was increased significantly(t=6.35, 7.76; P=0.021, 0.019) than before treatment. Blood and urine β2-MG level was significantly lower than before treatment (t=6.23, 7.49; P=0.022, 0.017). Conclusion: For elderly patients with hypertension, Irbesartan can lower blood pressure, and reduce or reverse the damage the kidneys and other organs.
