复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病诊治临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察药物治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。 方法 将近年来本院收治的复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者308例根据就诊时间分为对照组154例，治疗组154例，对照组仅予氟康唑口服，治疗组在此基础上予以盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 患者治疗1个疗程、治疗后6个月经周期随访，治疗组复发率分别为3.25%、5.84%，低于对照组的14.94%、39.61%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。 结论 口服氟康唑加用盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病效果显著优于单纯口服药物治疗，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病；氟康唑；盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R711.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2012）02（b）-0188-02 　　 　　Clinical observation on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis 　　ZOU Guangling WU Guifen 　　Gynecologic Department, Cerebrovascular Hospital of Daqing Oilfield General Hospital Group in Heilongjiang Province, Daqing 163000, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the patients with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis treated by drugs. Methods Three hundred and eight cases of patients with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis in our hospital in recent years were divided into two groups in turn, 154 cases in the treatment group, and 154 cases in the control group. The patients in the control group were treated by Fluconazole only, yet patients in the treatment group were treated by Terbinafine Hydrochloride vaginal effervescent tablets based on the treatment of the control group. Then the treatment efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The recurrence rate of the treatment group after a course and 6 menstrual cycles after the treatment was respectively 3.25%, 5.84%, which was lower than the 14.94%, 39.61% in the control group, and the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).
