哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文AbstractBumpfoilbearingsupportedbyelasticsurfaceisaself-actinghydrodynamicbearing.Withthecombinationofhightemperaturesolidlubricationtechnology,ithasmanyoutstandingfeatures:highspeed,non-polluting,adaptive,wideoperatingtemperaturerange,simplestructure,highstability,andlonglife.Foilbearinghasbroadapplicationprospectsandhugeeconomicvalueinthefieldofaerospace,defense,precisivemanufacturing,andlowtemperaturerefrigeration.However,duetothecomplexityofthestructureandgas-elasticcoupling,thestaticanddynamicperformancehasbeenintheprocessofcontinuousimprovement.Consideringgascompressibilityandfoildeformation,theoreticalanalysismodelofthefirstgenerationbumpfoilgasbearinghasbeenestablisehed.ReynoldsequationandfilmthicknessequationarecoupledthroughpressureandsolvedbyRelaxationIterationMethodandFiniteDifferenceMethod.Thegaspressuredistribution,filmthicknessandload-capacityofbumpfoilbearingareingoodagreementwiththeexperimentaldataofrelevantreference,andthemodelisprovedtobeaccurate.Thestaticcharacteristicsarediscussedincludingtherelationbetweenspeed,length-diameterratioandgasfilmpressure,thickness,loadcapacity,attitudeangleandfrictiontorque.Thedistributionrulesoffilmpressureandthicknessarecomparedbetweenfoilbearingandtraditionalrigidbearing,itisrevealedthatfoilbearinghashigherloadcapacityandstability.DifferentialequationsofbumpfoilbearingdynamiccoefficientsweredeductedbyperturbationmethodwithairlubricationReynoldsequationaccountingforaircompressibility,foildeformationandfoilfriction.FiniteDifferenceMethodandRelaxationIterationMethodwereappliedtocalculatethedynamiccoefficients.Withtheresultscomparedtothepublishedexperimentaldata,themodelwasprovedtobecorrectandaccurate.Thevariationrulesofdynamiccharacteristicsofbumpfoilbearingwereobtainedwithdifferentspeeds,eccentricityratios,perturbationfrequencyratios,length-diameterratios,foildeformationnumbersandfrictioncoefficients.Thispaperhasestablishedthedynamicequationofbumpfoilbearing-Jeffcottrigidrotorsystem.TheNewmark-βmetho
