AbstractSealstructuresofthespacecraftareinvariousforms,andmostofthemworkinharshenvironmentsforcriticalparts,itssealingperformancehasadirectimpactonthelaunchandoperationofspacecraft.Thetwotypesofrubbercompoundsealstructuresofmovementspindles(reciprocatingspindle,rotaryspindle)inaparticularmodelspacecraftarestudiedonnumericalsimulationinthissubject,inordertoinvestigateitssealingperformancewheninstalled,staticunderpressureanddynamicunderpressure,atthreedifferenttemperaturesof20℃,-40℃and120℃.TwocompoundsealstructuresareallcomposedbyrubberauxiliarysealsandfilledPTFEmainseals.Thestudybynumericalsimulation,atdifferenttemperaturesundervariousoperatingconditions,canhaveacomprehensiveunderstandingofthesealingperformanceofthetwostructurestopredicttheweakness,improvesealingreliability.Thefluidstaticanddynamicsealingprinciplesareanalyzedfirstly,andtheperformancecharacteristicsofPTFEandrubbermaterialsareintroducedhere.Duetotheparticularityoftherubbermaterial,itsmechanicalpropertiescannotbesimplycharacterizedbyelasticmodulusandPoissonratio,sotheconstitutivemodelanditsestablishmentmethodbyexperimentsarediscussed,andtheconstitutiveequationsatdifferenttemperaturesareestablishedbyfittingmaterialstress-straindatausingMARCobtainedbymechanicalexperimentsundertheirrespectivetemperatures.ThenonlinearFEmodelofcompoundsealstructuresofthereciprocatingspindleandrotatingspindleareestablishedrespectively,itsstaticanddynamicsealingperformancearesimulatedandstudiedrespectivelyunderdifferenttemperaturestoobtaintheirrespectivedisplacement,deformationandstressfielddistribution,basedonthis,fullyanalyzingtheinfluenceanditslawwhichtemperaturevariationandspindlemovementhaveonstaticanddynamicperformanceofthetwocompositesealstructures,findingtheweaknessmeanwhile.Thekeyfactorsdeterminingthedynamicsealingperformanceoftwokindsspindlesareexploredseparately;forsealingstructureofthereciprocatingshaft,II-throughtheinversesolutionofReynoldsequation,theoilfilmthicknessonthekeypointsarecalculatedandobtainedtheoretic
