中华普通外科学文献（电子版）2010 年10月第4 卷第5 期Chin Arch Gen Surg （Electronic Edition），October 2010 ，Vol 4 ，No.5 ·475 · ·论著· 胰腺体尾部肿瘤的术式选择 蔡文松 徐波 温敏杰 伍兆锋 夏金堂 【摘要】 目的 探讨不同类型胰腺体尾部肿瘤手术方式的选择。方法 回顾性分析我院2003 年 1 月至2008 年12 月收治的25 例胰腺体尾部肿瘤的临床资料。 25 例中男16 例，女9 例。上腹饱 结果 胀不适及腰背部疼痛为最主要的症状。25 例患者均行手术治疗，其中行胰体尾+ 脾+ 胃部分切除1 例， 胰体尾切除+ 脾切除9 例，保留脾脏的胰体尾切除3 例，胰腺节段切除3 例，肿物局部切除 1 例，其余 行肿瘤活检术。 对胰腺体尾部肿瘤，应采取个体化的手术方式。恶性肿瘤强调根治性，良性肿瘤 结论 则应强调保护周围脏器和胰腺功能。 【关键词】 胰腺肿瘤；治疗；手术 Operation types for tumors of the pancreatic body and tail CAI Wen-song, XU Bo, WEN Min-jie, ’ WU Zhao -feng,Xia Jin -tang. Methods The clinical data of 25 patients in our hospital with tumors of pancreatic body and tail from January 2003 to December 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 16 males and 9 females in these patients. Among them, abdominal distension, lumbago and notalgia were the most common clinical symp- toms. All the patients received surgical treatments including 1 case of distal pancreas, spleen and partial stomach resection, 9 cases of distal pancreas and spleen resection, 3 cases of spleen- preserving distal pancreatectomy, 3 cases of segmental pancreatectomy, 1 case of tumor local resection, and 8 cases of tumor biopsy.
