ResearchonDesignMethodandsynthesischaracteristicfor2-DOFDegreesofFreedomoftheFlexibleHinge-barMechanismsABSTRACTCompliantmechanismsasanimportantbranchofmodernmechanisms,havebecometheresearchfocusformanyscholars.Compliantmechanismhavenofriction,noclearance,littlenoiseandmanyotheradvantages,itcanmeettherequirementsofmodernmechanical.Compliantmechanismshavebeenwidelyusedinmicro-electromechanicalsystems(MEMS),aerospace,biomedicalandmanyotherhigh-techfields.Compliantmechanismsdesigntheoryandmethodsarenotmatureenoughyettobeperfected.Atpresent,manyscholarshaveresearchedonthedesignmethods,dynamic,optimaldesignforthefour-barflexiblehingemechanisms.Butrelativelyfewresearchonthetwodegreesoffreedomoftheflexiblehinge-barmechanisms.Twodegreesoffreedomoftheflexiblehinge-barmechanismsisthebasisofthethreedegreesoffreedomofflexiblehingemechanismsandotherflexiblespacemechanisms.Theresultofthispaperprovidessometheoreticalsupportforthefurtherstudyonothermorecomplexcompliantmechanisms.Thispaperhavechosenthebarlinkageasastructuralunitofthetwodegreesoffreedomcompliantmechanismasthemainobjectofstudy,focusonthedesignmethod,dynamics,reliabilityandoptimaldesignofthetwodegreesoffreedomoftheflexiblehinge-barmechanisms.Firstly,flexiblehingeisoneofthefourbasicelementsofcompliantmechanisms,andisthemostimportantpartofcompliantmechanisms,anddeterminesthespecialbehaviorofwholecompliantmechanisms.Therefore,thispaperstudiesonflexibility,precisioncharacteristicsandthemaximumstressnearthenotchofthreekindsofflexiblehinge.Simulationexperimentisalsoprocessedonprecisioncharacteristicsandthemaximumstressnearthenotch,precisioncharacteristicsandthemaximumstressnearthenotchwithvariationbetweenthestructuralparametersofflexiblehingeisgained,andtheoreticalanalysisofvalueandsimulationdataiscompared,anditprovestheaccuracyofthetheoreticalderivation.Secondly,thispaperresearchondesignmethodofthreekindsofflexiblehinge-barmechanisms,firstproposedthetwodegreesoffreedomoftheflexiblehingesix-barmechanisms.Theresearchmethodsus
