摘要随着发达小城镇经济的快速发展，城镇规模的日益拓展，城镇居民对外出行需求大 幅增长，使得公路客运枢纽的建设迫在眉睫，但目前发达小城镇公路客运枢纽的选址布 局及交通换乘衔接研究尚未受到足够重视，其相关理论与方法也较为缺乏。鉴于此，本 论文依次对小城镇公路客运枢纽站场规模、选址方法、与城镇内部交通方式的衔接以及 枢纽周边区域路网交通组织等方面进行了研究。首先，本文在分析发达小城镇空间结构、社会经济和道路交通特征及其公路客运枢 纽功能的基础上，讨论了公路客运枢纽的客流来源及客流特征，研究了公路客运枢纽与 城镇发展之间的关系。其次，论文针对发达小城镇的公路客运枢纽选址布局方法进行了研究。针对小城镇 的公路客运适站量进行了分析，在此基础上，提出了公路客运枢纽需求总规模的计算方 法；结合小城镇实际状况，提出了“初步定区域、细选范围、最后精确选址”的公路客 运枢纽选址步骤，在“初步定区域”阶段，论文对服务大区进行划分并确定公路客运枢 纽所处的服务大区，在“细选范围”阶段，进一步确定了公路客运枢纽所在服务大区的 具体交通小区，在“精确选址”阶段，提出了以出行总费用和出行时间最小的多目标函 数选址优化模型。然后，论文从以下三个方面对发达小城镇公路客运枢纽交通换乘衔接进行了研究： 分析了公路客运枢纽与城镇内部各交通方式的衔接模式；阐述了客运枢纽出入口的布设 要求和站前广场的组织要点；在合理确定公路客运枢纽交通影响路网区域的基础上，提 出了客运枢纽周边道路网及邻近交叉口的交通组织措施及方法。最后，论文以南安市水头镇为实例，结合理论研究，对水头镇公路客运枢纽选址布 局和交通换乘衔接进行了分析。关键词： 发达小城镇；公路客运枢纽；选址；站场规模；交通换乘衔接AbstractWith the economic rapid development and expanding scale in developed small towns, travel demand of residents has great growth. The construction of highway passenger terminals must be constructed. But the study of site-selection and layout and traffic transfer of highway passenger terminals in developed small towns has received relatively little discussion. The layout theory and method of highway passenger terminals are still deficient, and should be enhanced. So, this paper started systematic research from the macroscopic view of highway passenger terminals of the developed small towns. Including scale and location selection method of highway passenger terminals, the connection with various means of transport, road network traffic organization in neighboring area of terminals, and so on.Firstly, based on the analysis of space structure characteristic, social and economic characteristic and road characteristic of developed small town and function of highway passenger terminals in it, the paper discussed the passenger source and the characteristic of passenger flow.
