AbstractInrecentyears,therealestateindustrydevelopedrapidly,whicharousedpublicwideconcernandanxiety.Andwiththeimprovedofthemarketregulationmechanism,ontheonehand,thegovernmentwantstoforcethemarketreturntoreasonable,andontheotherhand,whichisenhancethecompetitionoftherealestateindustry.However,iftherealestatecompanywantstotriumphinthiscompetition,themostimportantthingistoincreasetheleveloftheleaders’management.Leadership,whichmakeusassociatewith―power‖,absolutely,theleadershavepower,butnotequalstherealpower.Itisamultidimensionalconcept,the―service‖,oneoftheimportantconcepts.Itisreceivingattentionofmanagementresearchersandpractitioners,andsubsequentlyproposesanindependentconceptofserviceleadership.Basedonthereviewofservantleadership,teamcohesivenessandteamcitizenshipbehavior,thispaperresearchestheinfluenceofservantleadershiponteamcitizenshipbehaviors,andthemediatingeffectofteamcohesivenessbetweenservantleadershipandteamcitizenshipbehavior.Dataisobtainedinformofquestionnairesurveywithscientificmethods,andthesampleincludes55teamsfrom22differententerprisesinShenzhen.Ourfinalsampleconsistsof53teams,53projectleadersand289employees.SoftwareAMOS7.0andSPSS13.0areappliedtocarryonthedataanalysis.Firstly,weevaluatedthereliabilityofservantleadershipscale,teamcohesivenessscaleandteamcitizenshipbehaviorscale;secondly,thedegreeofdifferentiationbetweenthesethreevariablesinvolvedinthisstudywastestedusingAMOSsoftware;andthenwedidtheconfirmativeanalysis（CFA）totestthecorrelationbetweeneachpairofthevariableswithdescriptivestatisticalanalysis.Finally,regressionanalysiswascarriedontoverifythehypotheses.Resultsdemonstratedthatallofthehypothesesinthisresearchareverified.Thisstudyfoundthatservantleadershiphadapositiveimpactonteamcitizenshipbehaviors,andteamcohesivenesshasamediatingeffectofteamcohesivenessbetweenservantleadershipandteamcitizenshipbehaviors.Therefore,companiescanenhanceteamcitizenshipbehaviorsbyimprovingservantleadershipandteamcohesiveness.Finally,limitationsandfutureresearchdire
