ABSTRACTDriving industrialization by informationization , optimizing industrial structure and transforming growth mode are the important missions of present equipment manufacturing industry of our country, and also are the necessary request of finding our new industrialization way and improvi ng economic growth with quality and efficiency. As the important component of the Information System, ERP attract more and more attention from many manufacturing industries. It play a key role in the part of the competition capability improving to an enterprise. Textile manufacturing is an industry with high integration of technology, high discrimination of producing process and customization of market needs. Adopting informationization technology is more necessary, especially ERP system, it will offer the in-time and accurate data to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing, realize Lean Production, Agile Manufacturing and Scientific decision-making.Based on the current construction situation of domestic ERP, this dissertation analyzed the essence of ERP project. Taking ERP project implement as the principle line, it discussed the planning, designation, deployment switching and continual supporting of the ERP project in Textile manufa cturing. This dissertation takes the management subsystem of production, which is the important component of the Textile manufacturing ERP system, as the main researching object. It expounded the detail of the system design, implement of the function and the actual achievement in the practice of producing, etc. The production management subsystem contain seven modules: product data management, inventory management, main production plan, material requirements plan, workshop controlling, workshop running, management of main equipment and assembly.The design scheme and business module solution of this dissertation should be further applied and practiced in future ERP system implementation of other Textile manufacturing enterprise, finally f
