Secondly, this study introduces the enterprise campus recruitment outsourcing of risk identification and risk assessment, and makes systematical research on outsourcing risk from the view of the general rule of things to know about; At the same time, the study makes empirical analysis, including investigating the current situation of the recruitment outsourcing to the current enterprise and carrying on the data analysis, to achieve the actual recruitment outsourcing present situation and the theory of recruitment outsourcing risks associated.
