AbstractTheACservosystemhasbecomethesupportiveandcriticaltechnologyforthetheindustrialcontrolandautomaticindustry.Ithastheadvantagesofhighcontrolaccuracy,speedrange,fastresponse,goodstabilityoperation,smalltorqueripple,lowenergyconsumption,highcurrentutilization,lowcostaswellasitsgreatdevelopmentsincontroltheory.However,problemsstillremaininthecurrenthigh-precisionACservosystem.Theyareitsslowresponsetotheinputsignaltrackinganditspoorperformanceonexternalinterferencesignal.Therefore,thispaperwillbeconstructedbytakingthehighspeedandhighprecisionACservocontrolsystemasthecore.InordertoestablishcorelessACservocontrolsystemcontrolmodel,thehigh-speedcorelessmotorvectorcoordinatetransformationandthetorquecontrolequationwerefirstlycompleted.Onthisbasis,thethreeclosed-loopservocontrolsystemwhichincludesthepositionloop,speedloopandcurrentloopwasdesigned.AndbythesimulationofeachcontrolloopthroughMATLABtools,theperformanceofcontrolloopparameterscouldbeanalyzed.HavingestablishedaloopdiscretecontrolmodelforthecurrentloopandpositionloopintheACservocontrolsystem,theimpactonthecontrolperformancecouldbeanalyzedduringtheprocesswhenthereisadelayinthefeedbacksignal.Inordertomakethecontrolsystemrespondquicklytoinputcommands,thefeed-forwardcontrolwasintroduced.Basedontheanalysisofthesimulationresultswithsomecomparison,itsroleinenhancingarapidresponseinthesystemwasverified.Furthermore,thesuppressioncapabilitiesofthesystemagainstexternalinterferencesignalwereimprovedthroughtheintroductionoftwodegreesoffreedomtocontrolandthesimulationwithsomecomparison.Fortheoutputofthesinusoidalcurrentwaveform,whichhaslessharmoniccontent,high-frequencynoiseintheACservocontroller,avoltagespacevectoralgorithmwasperformedinthispaper.AndduetotheSVPWMalgorithm,afan-shapedareadecisionalgorithmandPWMwavegeneratingfunctionwerebroughtin.Thus,itimprovestheperformanceofcontrolfurther.BybuildingthecontrolloopandSVPWMcontrolalgorithmblockdiagram,theabovecontrolstrategyandcontrolalgorithmofthesoftwaretechnologywereachieve
