AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofthehigh-speedtrains,thespeedisonafastincreaseanditismoreandmoreconvenientfortravel.However,theproblemsofstationarity,noiseetc.appeartobeseriouscomfortissues.Theinteriornoiseenvironmenthasanimportanteffectonthepassengers’comfort.Ifpeoplestayinabadacousticenvironmentlong,peoplewouldbecometiredandannoyingeasily,leadingtoinfluenceonpeople’snormallife.Atthesametime,thehigh-speedtrainwillloseitscompetitiveness.Therefore,theresearchoninteriornoiseenvironmentofthehigh-speedtrainsneedstodrawattention.Inthenoiseenvironment,soundqualityisthekeyfactorintheacousticenvironment,sothispaperfocusesontheinteriorsoundqualityofhigh-speedtrains.Throughstudyingthephysicalpropertiesbysoundfieldsimulationandobjectiveandsubjectiveevaluationoninteriornoise,therelationshipbetweenphysicalandpsychoacousticpropertiesareresearchedandtheBPneuralnetworkofsoundqualityevaluationisestablished,whichcouldpredictthehumanperceptiononinteriornoise.Interiorsoundfieldsimulationbystatisticalenergyanalysis(SEA).TheSEAmodelofthepassenger’sroomofthehigh-speedtrainisestablished.Thenthemainexcitationswhenthetrainisinmotionaredecided.CombiningwiththeSEAlossfactors,theexcitationsareaddedtothemodelandthesoundfieldissimulated.Afterthat,thephysicalpropertiesareanalyzed,andthesimulationresultsarevalidatedbythecollectednoisesignals.Evaluationontheinteriorsoundquality.Intheobjectiveaspect,thedifferentcalculationmethodsandcharacteristicsofdifferentpsychoacousticpropertiesareanalyzedandcompared.Inthesubjectiveaspect,subjectsarechosentoconductsubjectiveevaluationexperiments.Thencorrelationandclusteranalysisaredoneontheresults.Thetypeofthesubjectiveevaluation,andthepsychoacousticpropertieswhichareeffectiveandcouldbeappliedintheneuralnetworkaredeterminedthroughcorrelationanalysisbetweensubjectiveevaluationandobjectivepsychoacousticproperties.Neuralnetworkestablishmentofsoundqualityevaluation.Theobjectiveandsubjectiveevaluationoftheinteriornoisesoundqualityofhigh-speedtrainsaretakenastheinputand
