AbstractWiththehigh-speedrailhasbeenrapidlydevelopedinourcountry,andthenoisepollutionofhigh-speedrailhasbecomeaprominentenvironmentalissue.Asthenoiseassessmentisstillusingthetraditionalrailwaynoisemethods,whichresultsintheinconsistencybetweentheevaluationresultsandcommunityresponse.Therefor,thestudyofnewassessmentmethodofhigh-speedrailnoiseisveryurgent.Basedonthecomparisonofalargenumberofdomesticandforeignevaluationmethodsandstandardsofhigh-speedrailnoise,westimulatedtheLAeqandLAmaxalongbothsidesoftheCaseStudyArea,Wuhan-Guangzhouhigh-speedrailwayinthesouthernsectionoftown,viathenoisepredictionsoftwareCadna/A,drawingontheJapaneseShinkansennoiseevaluationcriteria.Moreover,thestatusoftheacousticenvironmentalimpactwasmonitoredbysettingmonitoringsectionsinthecasearea,andLAeqandLAmaxwereanalyzedbasedonthecorrespondingevaluationmethods.Subjectiveannoyancecausedbynoisewassurveyedintheresidentialareaswhichwerenearesttohigh-speedrail.ComparingthesurveyedresultsandthemonitoredresultsofLAeqandLAmax,itshowedthattheLAmaxwasmoresuitablethantheLAeqtoevaluatethenoiseofhigh-speedrail.Moreover,weproposedthatthechangerateofhigh-speedrailnoise,Wesurveyedthesubjectiveannoyanceoftheresidentsinthesensitivepoints,whichwereatdifferentdistancesawayfromthehigh-speedrail,andcalculatedthecorrespondingthechangerateofhigh-speedrailnoise.Meanwhile,noiseannoyanceindexwasproposedinordertoanalyzethestatisticalcorrelationbetweenthedegreeofnoiseannoyanceandthechangerateofnoise.Correlationanalysisresultsshowedthatthecorrelationcoefficientofthechangerateofnoiseandthedegreeofnoiseannoyancewas0.948,indicatingthatitwasreasonabletoevaluatethenoiseofhigh-speedrailnoisebythechangerateofnoise.Furthermore,weanalyzedstatisticalcorrelationbetweenthepercentofhighnoiseannoyanceandthechangerateofnoise,Correlationanalysisresultsshowedthatthecorrelationcoefficientofthepercentofthepercentofhighnoiseannoyanceandthechangerateofnoisewas0.939.Gradingstandardsofnoiseevaluationbythechangerateofnoisewasexplored.Thenewevaluation
