AbstractThetraditionalmethodfordetectingthequalityofprinthasmanydisadvantages,suchaslowefficiency,highrejectionrate.Thisthesisresearchesanddevelopsthemachine-vision-basedhigh-speedimagedetectionsystem.Thethesisconductstheresearchofproactivedetectionandpassivedetection.Thestaticimagedetectionsystemneedstheparticipationofoperator,anditbelongstotheproactivedetectionsystem.ButthethesisadoptstheSIFTalgorithmtodetectingtheimage,andthewholeprocessisconductedbytheIPC.Andthissystembelongstothepassivedetectionsystem.Thisthesisfirstintroducesthegeneralprincipalofpressqualityimagedetectionbasedonmachinevision,anddiscussesitsapplicationsignificanceandprospect.Accordingtothedemandsofthemachinevisionandprintdetection,thethesisdesignsthehardwarecomponentsofthedetectionsystembasedonmachinevision.Andthethesisdesignsthesystem’ssoftwaretocompletethefunctionofthedetectionsystem.Sincealltheoperationsofthesetupofthesystemparametersandcontrolactionsarecompletedbythespecialcontrolkeyboard,thesoftwarealsoneedstodealwiththevirtualkeycode.Duetothereal-timerequirementsoftheimagedetectionsystem,thisthesisadoptsthemulti-threadedprogrammingtechniques.Themulti-threadedprogrammingtechniqueimprovestheresourceutilizationandthroughput,givesfullplaytotheprocessors’andperipherals’abilitytoworkinparallel,andimprovestheprogramconcurrency.Inthepartofimageprocessinganddisplaying,thethesisadoptstheDirectDrawmultimediaprogramminginterfacestomaketheoperationsfaster,strongerandmoreeffective.Inaddition,thethesisusestheOpenCVcomputervisionlibraryandtheSIFTalgorithmtoextractthedetectedpressimagefeatures,andmakesthecomparestothestandardimages.Thethesisintroducestheconceptsofmatchingdegree,recallandprecisionrate.Andbyoptimizingboththeprecisionandtherecallratetosetthebestmatchingdegreethreshold,thesystemcanachievetheautomaticdetectionofthepressqualityofimages.Theindustrialapplicationsandexperimentsshowthatthesystemplayaveryimportantroleinthepressqualityimagedetection,andthissystemhasimportantapplicationvalue.Keywords:
