摘要随着信息技术的发展，纸质出版物的信息交流方式已经跟不上网络时代的信 息交流速度。在此背景下应运而生了开放获取运动。随着开放获取运动的不断发 展，机构知识库作为它的一种伴生产品，无论在理论研究还是建设实践方面都获 得了长足的进步。从最早的以共享预印本资料为主的学科专业库模式，逐渐发展 成为科研机构、高校等知识密集型单位面向用户提供科研信息管理服务的支撑系 统，并被广大专家学者所认可，成为了近几年来图书情报界、信息管理等领域的 研究热点。本学位论文正是在此背景下，结合山东理工大学自身的科研信息管 理 需求，对机构知识库的运行和发展展开研究，以建设本校机构知识库为契机，推 进学校科研信息管理智能化进程，提高师生对科研信息的管理水平，提高学校对 内部智力资产的存储与利用能力，尽可能的为机构知识库的运行和发展模式做出 必要的探索。论文首先阐述了机构知识库的定义，对其发展历程进行了梳理，并对国内外 机构知识库的理论研究和建设实践进行了调查研究，分析了当前机构知识库理论 研究的重点和热点，揭示了机构知识库的发展趋势和水平，阐释了山东理工大学 进行本校机构知识库建设的重要意义。其次，为了了解本校机构知识库建设的需求与可行性，本文对校内研究生进 行了关于科研信息管理方面的问卷调查，重点了解了研究生用户的科研管理习惯和期望，认为本校在这方面的确存在建设机构知识库的必要性。在此基础上，本 文结合山东理工大学机构知识库建设的大环境，从优势、劣势、机遇、威胁四个 方面，综合考虑宏观和微观的因素，对本校机构知识库建设行为进行了 SWOT 分 析，为机构知识库建设提供了系统分析和决策支持。再次，本论文介绍了 DSpace 系统的主要功能和基本的运行流程，基于 DSpace软件进行了本校机构知识库原型系统的搭建，并且进行了系统的安装和本地化工 作，建成了面向研究生用户的机构知识库测试系统，并以此系统为基础展开测试。最后，为了本校机构知识库系统的顺利发展，本文结合校内实际情况，参考国内外机构知识库在这些方面的建设经验，提出了本校机构知识库的功能定位、 存缴策略和从学生用户出发的发展策略。关键词：机构知识库；IR；DSpace；发展策略；开放获取AbstractWith the development of information technology, traditional science communication which is based on paper publications has been behind the high speed information exchange in the era of network. Then, there appeared open access movement. With the continuous development of the open access movement, the institutional repository as one of its companion product, have gained considerable progress both in theory and practice building. It gradually developed into a support system which is scientific research institutions, universities and other knowledge- intensive units provide user-oriented research and information management from a disciplines library mode which shared information based preprint. In recent years, it has been recognized by the majority of experts and scholars and become a hot topic in the field of library information, information management, and so on.In this context, this dissertation composed to construct institution repository to promote the intelligent process of research and information, combing the demand of Shandong University of Techn
