Anothertwo new factors were found through the analysis of the case that university technical knowledge of Zheng Zhou city transfered to the enterprise，those 刽.e academic accumulation and school-enterprise relations resource. The first 16 factors were selectedas the key factors through the method of expert analysis and the qestionn创.e which were used to analyze the importance of each of the 24 factors . Explaining structure model wasestablished for the key factors to an刽 yze the relationship between each factor.
