教师是教育事业的重要资源，教师质量的提高成为当前我国实现高等教育强国、人才资源强国的关键。加强高校教师队伍建设是实现教育优先发展、科学发展的根本保障。而反思性教学正是提升高校教师质量、优化教师队伍的重要途径，是教师教学创新的动力，并促使教师专业发展；反思性教学也是校本研究最基本的力量，是教师行动研究的基础。因此，高校教师反思性教学对壮大高校教师队伍、提升教师教学质量有着重要的实践意义。反思性教学已成为国际教师教育发展的趋势和潮流，也是我国教师教育改革的需求和方向，无论从国际趋势、高等教育需要和现实要求，都亟待教师运用反思性教学，以提高教学质量并提升自身专业发展和实现学生全面发展。本文通过梳理反思性教学的理论概述和反思性教学的意义，并通过问卷调查总结当前高校教师反思性教学的现状，在分析其影响因素的基础上，最终提出加强高校教师运用反思性教学的策略和建议。本文共分五章：第一章为绪论，主要介绍了研究背景、研究意义及研究现状，对本文的研究方法及创新之处也作了详细论述。第二章是对反思性教学内涵、特点以及反思性教学的理论基础进行了深入的阐述，并论述了反思性教学对促进教师专业发展的意义和必要性。第三章是高校教师运用反思性教学的现状及其分析。本章以M大学教师的反思性教学为个案调查，分析当前高校教师的反思性教学的现状，并总结了影响高校教师缺乏反思性教学的因素。第四章是在分析现状和影响因素的基础上，提出加强高校教师运用反思性教学的策略。本章认为从学校层面上，应该加强制度建设、加强教师反思性教学的培训和指导以及营造集体反思氛围；从教师层面上，应培养反思性教学意识、拓宽反思视角、丰富反思内容及反思方法，养成教师运用反思性教学的习惯。第五章是结论。关键词：反思；反思性教学；教师专业发展Teachereducationisanimportantcauseofresources,improvethequalityofteachersinhighereducationrealizationbecomethepower,thehumanresourcesofthepowersofthekey.Tostrengthentheconstructionofteachersteamistorealizeeducationprioritydevelopment,scientificdevelopmentofthefundamentalguarantee.Andthereflectiveteachingisamajorwaytopromotethecollegeteachersqualityandtooptimizefacultystructureoftheteam,andisalsotheteachersteachinginnovationpower,andpromptedteacherprofessionaldevelopment;Reflectiveteachingisthemostbasicforcesofschool-basedresearch,andisthefoundationofteachers’actionresearch.Therefore,universityteachers’reflectiveteachingistheimportantpracticalsignificancetoexpanduniversityteachersandtoupgradeteachersteachingquality.Thereflectiveteachinghasbecomeatrendofdevelopinginternationalteacherseducation,andhasbecomethedemandanddirectioninthenationteachereducationinnovation.Nomatterfromtheinternationaltrend,highereducationneedsandrealisticrequirement,aretobeteachersofreflectiveteaching;itistoimprovetheteachingqualityandtoraisetheirprofessionaldevelopmentandrealizethecomprehensivedevelopmentofstudents.Thispapermakesatheoreticalbasisofreflectiveteachingandthesignificanceofreflectiveteaching,andthroughthequestionnairesurveyandanalysisoftheresearchinnormal
