ThevisualizationCADsystemresearchanddevelopmentoftowercraneSpecialty:MechanicalDesignandTheoryPostgraduate:ChenyunInstructor:Prof.ZhangXiaozhongAbstractTowercraneiswidelyusedinindustrialandcivilconstruction,transportation,powerandwaterconservancyconstructionandshipbuildingengineering,theoperatingmechanismoftowercrane’equipmentsincludeliftingmechanism,luffingmechanism,swingmechanismandcranetravelmechanism(exceptfixedtowercrane)andsoontocompletethewholeprocessofhoistingworking,itmeansheavyloadswasliftedandtransportedtothedesignatedplaceandinstalledinrightplace.Thedesignprocessesoftowercraneandsoftwarewasstudied,theCADsystemstructureoftowercranewasanalyzed,theuserinteractionsandinterfacestructurewasdetermined,towercrane’sCADsystemorganiccombinedamodulardesignwithobject-orientedprogramdesign,thefunctionmodulesofthetowercranewasconstructedbasedonthemodulardesignwithVisualC++asthemaindevelopmenttools,itmadethefunctionmodulecohesiondegreesmore,couplingsmaller.Codereuseandconvenienceexpandwereimplementedowingtotheencapsulationandinheritanceandpolymorphismofobject-orientedprogramdesign,abstractthinkingofdesignpersonnelwaseasier,readabilityofthecodeandreusabilitywereimproved,thethefunctionmoduleinterfacewasconstrustedbyobject-orientedprogramdesign,towercranefunctionmodulebyinstallingpackagingdataintheobjectandmethodstorepresentpropertiesandtherealizeaction,andtomakethedesignandcalculateofthetowercranemoreprogramming,morestandardized.Intheprocessoftowercranedesign’slargeandattributedata,performancecharacteristicsneedoptimization,andtheparametersofthetowercrane’sdesignandcalculateisrandomanduncertainty,usingthemixingprogrammingbetweenMATLABandVisualC++toconstructtheparametersoptimizationmoduleoftowercrane,itissimilartotheexcellentcalculationMatlab,thebackstagecallsMATLABoptimaltoolboxtosolvebyusingVisualC++tocreateoptimizedinterface,sotheoptimizationdesignprojectismorescientificandreasonableandaccordwiththeobjectivereality;theseamlessintegrationofApplicationapplicationprogramAD
