摘要改革开放以来，我国的生产力得到了极大地解放，综合国力有了大幅地提升。伴随着生产力地发展，我国城镇化发展步伐加快，使得农村人口大量的入住城市，但同时也引起了经济发展与生态环境之间的诸多矛盾。经济的飞速发展、人们收入的大幅增加和商品的极大富余，一方面带来了城市的繁荣和人们生活水平的提升，另一方面也向人类的居住地周围排放了大量垃圾，严重破坏了人们的生活环境。因此，以科学的方法解决城市生活垃圾问题迫在眉睫。本文以我国城镇化加速发展中的社会现实为背景，对生态文明视域下的城市生活垃圾处理问题进行了深入探究。在分析研究生态文明理论、马克思恩格斯经典生态理论和可持续发展理论的基础上，深刻剖析了我国当前生态文明建设中城市垃圾处理所存在的问题及原因，同时借鉴了德、美、日三国的部分经验，有针对性地提出了具体的对策。生态文明建设中的城市垃圾处理问题既是我国当前经济社会发展中存在的亟待解决的现实问题，也是学术研究需要深入探索的重大课题。我国当前强调包括生态文明在内的“五位一体”的科学发展方式，而作为生态文明建设中重要一环的城市垃圾处理水平的高低，不仅直接决定着我国生态文明的建设进程，更影响着我国“五位一体”科学发展方式的前进步伐。因此，研究生态文明理念并将其具体应用到城市垃圾处理问题当中，有着深刻的理论和实践意义。关键词：生态文明，城市垃圾，监管AbstractChina’sproductivityhasbeengreatlyliberatedsincetheReformandOpeningPolicyandthecomprehensivenationalstrengthhasbeenlargelyenhanced.ThedevelopmentofcitiesandtheaccelerationofurbanizationinChinaresultsinalargenumberofruralpopulationmovingintocities.Thisphenomenonoftencomesalongwiththeoffbalanceofeconomicdevelopmentandvulnerableecologicalenvironment.Therapiddevelopmentofeconomywiththeabundantgoods,fromoneperspective,hascontributedalottothecitysprosperityandcitizenslivingstandard,however,produceslargeamountofrubbishinourhumanhabitats,whichalreadythreatensthesustainabledevelopmentofhumanbeings.Therefore,findingascientificsolutiontothemunicipalwasteisurgently.BasedonthecurrentrealityofacceleratingdevelopmentofurbanizationinChina,thispaperresearchesonmunicipaldomesticrubbishdisposalproblemsunderthedisciplineoftheconceptofecologicalcivilization.ByexploitingtheprinciplesofEcologicalCivilizationTheory,MarxandEngels’classicalecologytheoryandtheSustainableDevelopmentTheory,wearetryingtoanalyzethefactsandcausesofcurrentmunicipalgarbagedisposalproblemsinecologicalcivilizationdevelopmentandalsotograbtheexperienceofGermany,USandJapan,andthenputforwardsomespecificsolutionstothecurrentsituation.Howtotreatthecitygarbageinecologicalcivilizationdevelopmenthasbeenarealisticconcernsincealongtimeago.ThissortofproblemwhichalsobeingonemajoracademictopicstillneedstobeexploredandsolvedurgentlyinChina.Currentlyourgovernmentadvo
