新疆某三甲医院医师岗位评价研究

摘 要
目的:通过调研,充分了解新疆某三甲医院人力资源管理的实际状况,人力资源 管理存在的关键问题和薄弱环节。同时,应用现代岗位评价方法对该院医师岗位进 行评价。形成医院医师岗位评价体系,为优化医院人力资源配置、薪酬和绩效管理、 形成医院内部良性竞争机制提供科学依据。方法:通过查阅国内外文献、年鉴、文 件等相关资料,对医师的岗位做深入的了解。全面收集医院医师岗位评价指标。通 过访谈法,德尔菲法、层次分析法,了解医师具体工作职责和相关的联系,构建二 十九因素指标体系,运用因素评分法对医师岗位进行评价并将每一个岗位的评价得 分数进行汇总,最后形成岗位系数。结果:1、通过课题研究梳理了医院 206 个医师 岗位。2、确定了二十九因素评价指标的权重。3、确定了各医师岗位的岗位系数。 结论:医师岗位价值评价体系构建完成,将其与医师绩效分配结合,能够使医院绩 效分配进一步科学化、合理化。 关键词:岗位评价,医院,绩效分配,二十九因素法

Objective: Through research, to fully understand a hospital in Xinjiang actual situation of human resource management, the key problems and weaknesses.
