AbstractBiologicalheattransferisanimportantbranchofBiomedicalEngineering.Measurementofbio-materialthermalpropertiesplaysanimportantroleincorrectunderstandingofthephysiologicalandpathologicalphenomena,andbuildingbio-heattransfermodel.Intheelectrosurgicalvesselsealing,thermalfromthedevicespreadalongthebloodvesseltothenearbytissues.Withtheadditionalapplicationtime,theamountofenergywillbedeliveredtothetissue,thetemperatureofthenearbytissuewillincrease.Ifitisnotcontrolled,theelevatedtemperatureinthesurroundingtissuecancauseirreversibledamagetonotonlythetissue,butcanalsoeffectnearbynerves.However,sofartherehasbeenlittleresearchonthethermo-physicalparametersofthebloodvessel.Itisnotenoughtosupportthedevelopmentofthedeviceofbloodvesselsealingandcontrollingthevesselsealingsurgicalconditions,soitisverynecessaryforthestudyofthevascularthermo-physicalparameters.Thispaperfirstintroducesthebasicconceptsofthesteady-stateheattransfer.Underthesecondboundarycondition,andsolvethesteady-stateheatconductionmodelofplateandsphericalshellusingthethermalresistance.Onthebasis,theplatemethodandthesingleprobemethodwasselectedtomeasurethethermo-physicalparametersofvascular.Theexperimentdataprocessingmethodwasimproved.Platemethodcanbeusedtomeasurethermalparametersofbulktissue,whiletheprobeofmeasurementoflocaltissue.Duringtheprocessingofexperiment,thesteady-statetemperatureofthetissueshouldbemesured.Themeasurementsystemwhichmadebymicrocontrollerandmicro-thermistorwasusedtorealizethefunctionoftemperaturemeasurement.MicrocontrollerwilltransmittedthesignaltothePCthroughtheserialcommunication.Theprogramofthedataprocessingwaspreparedtohandlethedataanddisplaytheresults.Inordertomakethemeasurementsystemhasahighaccuracy,somestandardsignalwasusedtocalibratethedesignedsystem.Afterthecalibrationofthermistorresistance-temperatureequationaddedtothePCprogram,thesystemcanbeusedtomeasurethetemperature.Themeasuredcurveofthesystemwascalibratedbyusingthematerialsofknowthermalparameters.Uncertaintyofthemeasurementtec
