AbstractResearchObjectives：ToinvestigateCoronaryatheroscleroticheartdisease’srelationshipwithplasmaHomocysteine,CystatinC,UricacidandCarotidarteryintima-mediathickness,aswellasthechangestakingplaceamongdifferentCoronarylesiongroups.ToexplorethecorrelationbetweenCysCandHCY,BUA,CIMT.ResearchMethodology:Thisthesistakes165suspectedcoronaryheartdisease(Coronaryatheroscleroticheartdisease,CHD)patientsarisingfromchesttightnessandchestpain,whowerehospitalizedinDepartmentofCardiology,asresearchresources.ThesepatientsweredividedintotwogroupsaccordingtotheresultofCAG,namely,CHDgroup(120patients),withatleastonebranchofcoronarywhosestenosisdegree≥50%,andcontrolgroup(45patients),withlessthanonebranchofcoronarywhosestenosisdegree≥50%.ThentheCHDgroupwerefurtherdividedinto3subgroupsaccordingtothedegreeofcoronaryarterylesions,thatis,singlelesiongroup(60patients),doublelesionsgroup(35patients)and3ormorelesionsgroup(25patients).Clinicaldataweretakenfromallpatientsoncetheygothospitalized,throughinspectingvariousriskfactors,inquiringaboutpersonalorfamilyhistoryofhypertension,diabetesandsmoking,testingbloodlipids,HCY,Cys-C,BUAandexaminingtheintima-mediathicknessofcarotidartery.ThisthesisusestatisticalmethodtoanalyzethelevelsofHCY,CysC,BUA,CIMTofCHDgroupandcontrolgrouprespectivelyanddiagnosewhetherthereareanydifferencesbetweenthesetwogroups.Moreover,thecorrelationbetweenCysCandHCY,BUA,CIMTareexploredaccordingtostatisticalresult.Results：ThemeanvalueofCysC,HCYandBUAinCHDgroupisstatisticallysignificanthigherthanthatincontrolgroup(P0.05).Inthe3subgroupsofCHDpatientsorintheseparateanalysisofthesubgroupsofCHDpatients,theaveragelevelofCysC,HCY,BUAinsinglecoronarylesiongroupisstatisticallysignificantlowerthanindoublecoronarylesiongroup,andthedoublecoronarylesiongrouppatientsisstatisticallysignificantlowerthanthegroupwhichthepatientsowns3coronarylesionsormore(P1.20.05,P2.30.05)AndthelevelsofCysC,HCYandBUAinCHDpatientsareincreasedaccordingtothenumbersofcoronarylesions.ThelevelofCIMTinCHDgroupishighe
