ABSTRACTBackgroundandObjective:Hemoglobiniswepaycloseattentiontothetreatmentoftraumaticbraininjurypatientsduringandmonitoringindicators.Butatwhatleveltomaintainhemoglobinlevelsinpatientswiththebestprognosisiscurrentlynounifiedconclusion.Researchesonbraininjuryshowedbraininjuryoccurswhenthebodybegantoappearafewhoursofsecondarybraindamage,andbraindamageinthepathologicalprocessofsecondarybraindamageismoreimportantthantheprimaryinjuryofthebrain.Recentstudieshavedemonstratedthatapoptosisisinvolvedafterabraininjurysecondarypathophysiologicevolutionofthewholeprocess.Thispaperintendstostudyhemoglobinlevelsbyaffectingapoptosisofnervecellsinratsaftertraumaticbraininjury,andprovidesomeexperimentalandtheoreticalbasisforthefurtherunderstandingofpatientswithbraininjuryoptimalhemoglobinlevels.Methods:100healthymaleSDratswererandomlydividedintoshamoperationgroup(A),theexperimentalgroupB(Hb70g/L),theexperimentalgroupC(70g/L≤Hb90g/L),theexperimentalgroupD(90g/L≤Hb120g/L),theexperimentalgroupE(Hb≥120g/L),20ineachgroup.DeviceusedbyFeeneyfreefallinjuryblowratsinducedbycraniocerebralinjuryandbleedinghemoglobincontrolintheappropriaterange.Shamgrouponlycraniotomy.Decapitated24hoursafterbraincontusiontakeparaffinstovessurroundingbraintissue.UsingtheTUNELassayofapoptosisinbraintissueandimmunohistochemistryBcl_2,Baxproteinexpression.Results:Withtheshamgroup(A)Comparison:theexperimentalgroupssignificantlyincreasedthepositiverateofapoptoticcells,apoptoticproteinBcl-2,Baxexpressionwereincreased;ComparedwiththegroupE(Hb≥120g/L),groupB(Hb70g/L),Cgroup(70g/L≤Hb90g/L)increasedthepositiverateofapoptoticcells,Bax/Bcl-2ratiowassignificantlyincreased(PO.05).ExperimentDgroup(90g/L≤Hb120g/L)andtheexperimentalgroupE(Hb≥120g/L)comparethepositiverateofapoptoticcellswasnosignificantdifference(PO.05).Conclusion:TraumaticbraininjuryinratsapoptoticproteinBcl-2,Baxexpressionwereincreased,Bax/Bcl-2ratioincreasedsignificantly,thuscontributingtoneuronalapoptosis.Hb90g/LcanBax/Bcl-2ratioincreasedsignificantly,topromo
