摘要21 世纪，高新技术高速发展把人类带到信息时代，人才的竞争越来越激 烈，知识更新的周期越来越短。培养学生的综合能力，使学生“学会学习” 是现代学校教育的主要课题。常规教学方法是以培养学生基础知识、基本技 术和基本技能为主要目的，这种教学方式已经不能满足社会的需要。在学校 教育中如何提高学生的“三基”，培养学生的综合能力，让学生学会学习是 当今教育界亟待解决的首要问题。本人在深入了解教学方法研究现状的基础上，对常用的教学方法进行对 比分析研究，结合当前的教学现状，发现元认知是教育领域的重大发现，是 一种“教育才智”的象征；合作学习是一种有效传授知识技能，培养学生能 力的教学方法，在学习过程中，学生之间的相互协作、相互影响、相互促进， 互动作用发挥的比较充分。在田径技术课的教学中利用学生的元认知理论知 识，通过合作的教学方法来提高学生的学习效果、培养学生的观察分析解决 问题能力、培养学生的创造性思维能力，并且还可以使学生养成良好的三维 健康观（身体健康、心理健康、和人际关系健康）。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、统计分 析法对这一课题进行研究分析，得出结论：第一，元认知－合作教学方法运用于田径专选班铅球技术课教学中，有 利于为学生创造一个和谐、融洽、合作的课堂学习氛围，加强了学生之间的 交流，增加了学生之间的友谊。第二，元认知－合作教学方法运用于田径专选班铅球技术课教学中技术 教学中，有利于充分体现学生在课堂中主体作用，发挥学生在学习过程中的 能动性；有利于教师对教学的全过程进行合理、有效的控制。第三，元认知－合作教学方法运用于田径专选班铅球技术课教学中，有 利于学生技术技能的提高。第四，元认知－合作教学方法运用于田径专选班铅球技术课教学中，有 利于学生观察分析解决问题能力、创造性思维能力的提高。关键词：元认知－合作教学方法；铅球技术；实验；研究AbstractAdvanced technologies with high speed bring human beings into information era in twenty-one centuries .The talented person competition is more and more fierce as well as renewed period of knowledge. The important topic of the modern schooling is that training students comprehensive ability and making the students learn to learn. The normal teaching method recognizes the students’ foundation knowledge, basic technique and basic technique ability as main purpose which could not satisfy the demands of society.On the basis of deep researching the current teaching method, then the author contrasts and analysis them, findings show the metacognition is an important discovery which is a symbol of “educating intelligences”. Cooperative learning is a valid teaching method in terms of introducing knowledge and cultivating the students abilities. The collaboration and affections between each other are performed fully in the course of cooperative learning. In the course of track and field teaching tasks, the author of this paper takes advantages of the students’ metacognition theory knowledge through the teaching method of cooperation in enhancing teaching efficiency, observation-analysis
