AbstractInrecentyears,accompanywiththedeepeningofthebasiceducationreform,kindergarten-basedphenomenonofkindergartencurriculumhasbecomeincreasinglyapparent,moreandmorekindergartensstarttodevelopkindergarten-basedcurriculum.Thiskindergarten-basedcurriculumdevelopmentisassociatedwiththekindergartenandlocalresources,basedinkindergarten,curriculumexperts,participationofteachingstaff,teachers,parents,andformulatingthiscurriculumtarget,selectingcoursecontent,teachingorganizationandevaluationofaseriesofpracticalprocess.Kindergarten-basedcurriculumdevelopmentestablishesthesubjectstatusofpreschoolteachers,opportunitiesandchallengesareofferedforpreschoolteachersprofessionaldevelopment.Curriculumdevelopmentrequiresteacherstohavehigherprofessionallevel,Teacherurgentneedtoobtainprofessionaldevelopmentbycurriculumdevelopment.Sodiscussingtheissueofteachersprofessionaldevelopmentundertheperspectiveofkindergarten-basedcurriculumdevelopment,isofgreattheoreticalvalueandpracticalsignificance.Thisstudybasedonthebackgroundofthepreschoolkindergartenteachersprofessionaldevelopment,undertheperspectiveofkindergarten-basedcurriculumdevelopment,thispaperdiscussesthecurrentsituationofpreschoolteachersprofessionaldevelopmentincurriculumdevelopment,analysisofexistingproblems,andputforwardtopromotingteacherprofessionaldevelopmentstrategythroughthekindergarten-basedcurriculumdevelopment,soastopromotetheprogressofpreschoolteachersprofessionaldevelopment,improvetheteachingqualityofkindergarteneducation.Thispaperaroundtheproblemofpreschoolteachersprofessionaldevelopmentundertheperspectiveofkindergarten-basedcurriculumdevelopment,isdividedintofiveparts.Thefirstpartisintroduction,mainlyelaboratedtheresearchoriginofthisstudy,theresearchsignificance,researchstatus,researchideasandresearchmethods.Onthebasisofsummarizingthepredecessorsresearch,combinedwiththeactualobservation,definingthecoreconceptofthekindergartencurriculum,thekindergarten-basedcurriculumdevelopment,preschoolteachersprofessionaldevelopment.
