摘要2013 年 8 月 2 日,保监会正式发布《中国保监会关于普通型人身保险费率 政策改革有关事项的通知》放开了我国普通型人身保险预定利率管制,由保险公 司根据审慎经营原则自行决定,不再受 2.5%的限制。通知发布未满一个月,银 行系中小寿险公司建信人寿、中英人寿、农银人寿三家公司陆续推出了预定利率 达 3.5%的普通型人身寿险。大型寿险公司也早在政策出台之前做足了产品研发 的功夫。预定利率市场化究竟是大型寿险公司发挥固有优势的时候,还是中小寿 险公司借以扩张市场份额的契机,中小寿险公司能否在此次预定利率市场化改革 中扬长避短?这三个问题都还是不明确的。因此,本文选取了中小寿险公司的角度来研究预定利率市场化带来的机遇及 挑战。本文首先从预定利率市场化的理论层面进行了分析,同时研究国内外预定 利率市场化历史发展情况。然后介绍我国寿险市场中小寿险公司的发展现状,从 原有保单的退保情况、新单利润情况、公司经营层面等分析预定利率市场化对于 中小寿险公司的影响。最终提出中小寿险公司应选择差异化的竞争战略,包括产 品差异化、区域差异化等方式,并努力加强风险管理水平、扩大投资渠道来建立 自身的核心竞争力。关键词:预定利率市场化, 中小寿险公司,发展战略AbstractOn Aug. 2nd, 2013, China Insurance Regulatory Commission officially released a notice regarding the pricing reform of ordinary life insurance, loosening control of assumed interest rate of ordinary life insurance policies. Insurer can now set the rate in a prudent manner, rather than fix it at 2.5%. Within a month, three life insurers, including CCBLife, Aviva-Cofco and ABCLife, have launched their ordinary life insurance products with an assumed interest rate of 3.5%. Large insurers have also made efforts in developing new products before the notice is published. Whether this reform will benefit large insurers or the small medium-sized, and whether the latter can make full of use of the reform are still unknown. Consequently, this paper studies the opportunities and challenges from the perspective of small medium-sized life insurers. Firstly, this thesis analyzes the theory of liberalizing assumed interest rate as well as the history of it. Then the paper introduces current situation of domestic small and medium-sized life insurers and studies in depth the impacts of liberalizing assumed interest rate in terms of policy surrender, new-policy profits, company operation and etc. Finally, the paper concludes that small medium-sized should adopt differentiation strategy, including product differentiation, regional differentiation and so on, while endeavors to strengthen risk management and expand investment options to build their own core c
