AbstractChineseretailindustryhasdevelopedrapidly,chainoperationmodehasbecomethemainmodeinrecentyears,leadingthedevelopmentmodeofretailindustry.Retailindustryhasrapidexpansionwiththechainmanagementmode,tomeettheenterprisestrategicplanningindifferentareastoopenupthemarket,butalsotomeetthedistributedindifferentregionsoftheconsumptiondemand.WithChineseopeningdegree,moreandmoreforeignretailenterprisescomeinChina,thecompetitionintheretailindustryisbecomingmoreandmoreintense,fromtheevolutionofmarketsharecompetitionisthecompetitionofthehumanresources.Intheincreasinglyfiercecompetition,talentshortagesituation,fullytapthepotentialofemployees,mobilizeeveryemployeeenthusiasmisthekeyforenterprisetowininthecompetition.Basedonthestudyofexistingstaffperformanceincentivetheory,combinedwiththesummaryandanalysisofoperatingcharacteristicsandtheperformanceofemployeesincentivestatusofchainretailenterprises,buildthechainretailenterprisesperformanceincentivemodel,andputsforwardtheapplicationofspecificmeasures.Inthestudyofthecharacteristicsoftheretailindustry,foundthatthechainretailenterprisesincentivecanbereplicated,continuousadjustment,flexibleandefficientfeatures,butalsohastodonothaveadeepunderstandingofcorporateculture,incentiveexistsmisunderstanding.Theapplicationoftheperformanceincentivemodel,isproposedinthispaper.Thecultivationofretailculture,foremployeestotakethedifferenceofincentivemeasures,establishcommunicationmechanismandperformanceevaluationmechanismforeffectivemeasurestoensuretheapplicationofincentivemodel.Keywords:chainretailenterprises;achievement;encourage;modelofperformanceincentive目录第一章绪论..........................................................11.1选题背景...........................................................11.2研究思路与内容.....................................................21.3研究方法与创新点...................................................21.4国内外研究现状....................................................3第二章相关概念界定和理论..............................................42.1零售业..........
