不同类型腰间盘突出患者影像学分析 　　【摘要】目的：探讨不同类型腰间盘突出患者的影像学分析，以提高腰间盘突出临床诊断的准确率。方法：选取我院20086月-2010年10月收治的不同类型腰间盘突出患者114例，对其影像学分析过程及效果进行总结。结果：经过影像学分析得出：本组病例中L2-3间盘突出9例（7.9%），L3-4间盘突出28例（24.6%），L4-5间盘突出57例（50.0%），L5-S1间盘突出20例（17.5%）。经过影像学分析，本组114例腰间盘突出患者中，椎间盘突出87例（76.3%），其中单节段腰间盘突出53例（46.5%），两个节段突出34例（29.8%）。同时，本组病例在影像学分析中，CT扫描中普遍表现为椎体后缘、中心后半圆形、不规则形软组织密度影，以及前缘与椎间盘相连，密度与椎间盘一致，软组织块影出现率达到100%。结论：与传统X线相比较，在腰间盘突出患者的影像学分析中采用CT诊断的准确率更高，基本可以达到90%以上，值得临床应用和推广。 　　【关键词】不同类型 腰间盘突出影像学分析 　　Lumbar disc herniation in patients with different types of imaging analysis 　　ZHANG Wei 　　Second Peoples Hospital Shuangliu County, Sichuan (Sichuan double) 610213) 　　【Abstract】Objective: To investigate patients with different types of lumbar disc image analysis to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation rate. Methods: In our hospital in October 20086 -2010 May the different types of lumbar disc herniation were treated 114 patients, image analysis process and its results were summarized. At the same time, this group of patients in the imaging analysis, CT scan showed vertebral general, center semi-circular, irregular-shaped soft tissue density, and the front is connected with the disc, density, consistent with the disc, soft tissue shadow appears rate of 100%.
