高校改善学院机关工作状态方法研究 　　摘要: 本文探讨一种监督机制,以此来改善学院机关人员的工作状态。主要是用问卷调查及统计分析的方法,科学地了解各个学院机关作风现状,然后总结经验制定新措施。在我国高等学校的校院两级管理体制下,这种方法对于加强和改进学院机关作风建设有借鉴意义。 　　Abstract: In this paper,we discusses a oversight mechanism in order to improve the status of college officials.
