It is one of the core skills that medical graduates should possess. Critical thinking can facilitate the all-round development of medical students and is an integral part of information literacy. It is the way of thinking that the nature of medical disciplinary and the development of new medical model and talent require. Since overall development of students is an important goal of new curriculum system reform for medical students, cultivation of critical thinking for teachers, PBL case teaching, innovative evaluative system that help cultivate students′ critical thinking skills should be given great emphasis. 　　[Key words] Critical thinking; Clinical; PBL teaching 　　 　　国际医学教育专门委员会制定的全球医学教育最基本要求（global minimum essential requirements in medical education，GMER）中，确定批判性思维（critical thinking）能力是医学生应具备的七项核心技能之一，要求医学毕业生必须达到批判性思维的6条基本标准，说明批判性思维是21世纪医学生的重要素质之一[1]。国外许多医学院校，本科教学中已纳入培养学生批判性思维的课程和内容，而我国对“批判性思维”和“批判性思维教学”的研究才刚刚起步，医学生批判性思维能力现状不容乐观，严重影响???学毕业生的素质。国内多所医学院校正在进行新课程体系改革，在新课程计划和内容中有效地融入培养批判性思维能力的内容，对于培养合格临床医生有重要现实意义。 　　1 批判性思维的概念 　　在知识经济时代，批判性思维作为人类思维的核心组成部分，备受推崇，被认为是推动知识社会前进的主要动力。批判性思维既是一种思维形式，更是一种优秀的思维品质，与问题解决并称为思维的两大技能，已成为新世纪教育的基础之一。GMER和2008年我国国家教育部、卫生部颁布的《本科医学教育标准-临床医学专业（试行）》[2]两份纲领性的文件都对医学生批判性思维能力提出了要求。这是因为医学是一门实践性极强的学科，它要求医学生必须具备良好的思维方式，而批判性思维满足了这一要求；此外，医生的诊断过程实际
